Unreliable. Sent wrong stuff, refused to refund. Poor quality.
Nice selection on line, many options, everything looks great. Arrived as promised. However, when shoes arrived, they were all suede instead of all leather, the heel was 3.5" instead of the ordered 2.5" - huge difference. Couldn't use them even if I wanted to, also because shoes of 2.5" needed to be ordered a size larger - which makes them too large with heel of 3.5". Overall, pretty poor quality for almost $200 cost - very cheap staff, not at all the nice brands advertised online. Customer service (only email, no way of contacting them on the phone) was very nice but totally unhelpful. Kept dragging time, promising to respond in two days (responding after multiple reminders over 1-2 weeks). Finally I realized that they were trying to get me out of the dispute timeframe, and filed a dispute with Visa (luckily, I paid with visa card). Visa was great as always, I received my refund, but it all took about 2 months of headache.
