As a regular customer I finally decided to leave a review. It's my go to place to order face/eye/hair care. I appreciate variety of products and good price for what your getting (UK drugstore cosmetics are much more expensive if you're looking for anti aging ingredients). I also started to order some food goodies like honey (so good and fairly priced). I always get my order super quick. I'm purchasing from Vesa for at least few years and they never disappoint. Well done!

I am very dissatisfied with my recent purchase from Vesa Beauty. I ordered a large bottle of their oil, only to discover that it came with a “use by” date of just one month. Given the size of the bottle, it is completely unrealistic for a customer to use the entire product within that time frame, which makes the purchase poor value for money.
While the website does mention a “date of use by,” the information is not presented in a clear or prominent way during the purchasing process. As a result, customers may only realize the extremely short shelf life after receiving the product. In my case, this was an unpleasant surprise, as I have never before encountered an online purchase of this type with such a limited period of usability.
I contacted customer service for clarification, but was told there was nothing they could do due to company policy. Unfortunately, this response did not address my concerns or offer any form of resolution.
Overall, the lack of transparency and customer support has left me very disappointed. I would advise potential buyers to exercise caution and review product details very carefully before ordering from Vesa Beauty.

For all products with a shorter Best Before date, the exact date is always clearly displayed in the product title on our website. This information is also visible on the product page, in the shopping cart before completing the order and again in the order confirmation email. This way, our customers can make an informed decision before finalizing a purchase. The product you purchased has been clearly marked with its BB date for over a month.
We understand that shorter-dated products may feel less convenient, which is why they are always offered at reduced prices in our Clearance section.

I bought anti-aging rose blueberry face cream.
first time using this company, decided to try. i think when you leave review for such a product it is important to mention the age, because you can understand if it will suit you. I am 39. I was actually looking for a face cream with blueberry extract, as I remember when I was 30, I used very nice face cream with blueberry from Lumene, but in couple of years it disappeared from market, very shame, it was perfect for my skin. I have combination to dry skin, it has redness, so when I used that cream it really was giving me a good moisturizing and even color of skin.
so not so long time ago, I used some face mask with blueberry, raspberry extracts, and it works so well for my skin. So I remembered that I actually was happy with that cream with blueberry. So I started to search and Mokann offering on like this, plus anti-aging , as i am 39, should work for me.
But I am disappointed. It is so light, my skin feel thirsty after I applied it. I did first in the evening, than in the morning, didn't use make up all day, to see how my skin will look. And I am not happy. I want to apply more reach skin. So I back to my Clinique redness solution.
I spend over £30 for this cream, so i will keep it and use for my hands. But i want buy again.
May be it will suit younger woman.
about delivery and packaginf: all come well packed, in 2-3 working days by Evri. Never had problem with Evri (but it is also depends which area you live may be).
