After waiting for months, the parcel was left on the street outside my house (they didn't try to deliver another day, or wait for someone to open the door), and the package was stolen. Vescartes deems this as 'delivered' and stopped responding to my emails, which shows how much they care about consumers. Now I have issued a claim against the company, which they already missed the deadline to defend. Be very careful when ordering from them.

The jeans are really a work of art! Smooth order and delivery

To start off these jeans are pretty nice. With it I am 5’10 and got a medium pair of jeans and fit me so well, with it was perfect for my senior pictures at starmoy.07. Continue the it was good but it take a long time to come but mabye it shipping and a lot of people order it and can take some time but wonderful jeans

I tried the Brazil jersey and I’m honestly impressed. The material feels high quality, the fabric is soft and super comfortable, and the fit is perfect. It looks very stylish and works great for both sporty and streetwear outfits. Definitely a great purchase!!!🔥🔥🔥

The quality is incredible, the fit is perfect, and the embroidery detail makes them feel so unique and elevated. You can tell real care went into the craftsmanship. They’re the kind of piece that instantly upgrades an outfit and makes a statement without trying too hard. Take my money again lol

These are great, looks dope, good quality, a bit long and would like more sizes but more a small company the jeans I got are incredible and for really reasonable price.

Great service and quality

I'm 6'6 and the XL fits amazing for my size, I struggle finding pants that fit me as I'm slim and tall, yet these deliver in more ways than just the perfect fit. The quality and attention to detail is phenomenal, I always get compliments on the clothing I buy. The jersey I bought is so soft and I was in awe when I felt how quality the materials are, Will recommend to many and likely purchase again.

Stay away if you actually intend to wear your clothes. The metal keyring on my jeans deformed and fell off around 1-2 months after purchase with no abnormal use. Vescartes refused a replacement, repurchase, or any kind of support, claiming their hardware isn't built for “normal handling” or “tension.” They were happy to take my money but refused to stand by the durability of their product. Extremely poor “management” review and zero interest in customer retention.

Their initial responses were: “we don't sell them separately from our garments” and “There's nothing we can do as it's been almost 3 months since the purchase”. They did not investigate, collect photos, ask to view the fault, ask for proof-of-purchase or inquire further about the fault. Just a flat you're out-of-luck for wearing your clothes. So poor from the brand.

Beware your item accessories falling apart within a few months. Haven't made a review on Trustpilot before but felt I had to warn because at least if the customer service was even half-good you wouldn't worry about faults in your purchased goods. Unfortunately that was not the case here.

On the other hand, I have found similar brands like Shihiko, Derschutze and Nightcity Clothing to hold up extremely well, and I have personally spent a lot of money and been impressed with support from all 3 brands. Disappointed in Vescartes here.

i've placed my order on 28 november 2025 and as it said in the vescartes updates site it took about 3 months to be shipped.
The denim is GREAT and the quality is really good, the stiches are really well done and the design is insane, the baloon fit is perfect and it suited well for me (i ordered an M size and i'm 176cm) even if it is produced in china (that wasn't so clear durign the purchase, i discovered that only after i received the tracking number but i'm sure the design is made in London as they claim).

Amazing quality and the embroidery on the jeans is outstanding. Gorgeous detailing, I've bought a couple of items from them now and whilst the lead time is lengthy it is well worth the wait. Make sure you check the sizing carefully.

Super dope embroidered pants! The quality is amazing – clean stitching, no loose threads, and the fabric feels premium. Fits perfectly and still looks great after washing.

When reaching out for changes, and or concerns, they were quick to respond and assist me. Took a couple months to arrive but definitely worth the wait. It's also very convenient that they have a website for updates, love how consistent they are with their consumers!

While the wait time was a little worrying for a moment, the moment I received and opened my packages I knew the quality was well worth it. Great fit, and the embroidery was amazing. All 3 pairs I ordered were consistent quality while expressing very unique and different styles. Will shop again
