Terribly Poor Service and Experience
It’s been about 4 weeks and I have not received my order. Not only that but NO valid updates on where it is except for when I reached out after radio silence for 3 weeks to be given a copy and pasted version of their “shipping policy” and “production process”. I could care less. It’s about the communication and transparency up front!! If you told me it would take 2 months because they are custom made I would have appreciated it and ordered elsewhere because I was buying this for a specific event that has now come and gone. If tariffs are hindering you on production SAY THAT. but to have the tracking number be a site that constantly sparks privacy concerns from my computer and that doesn’t update or provide any insights except for this is being shipped. I can’t deal with that. Poor advertising. Poor marketing. Poor customer service. Just a terrible experience all around. I’d love my money back but I don’t think that’s happening because I’m starting to think the company isn’t legitimate.
