WE ARE A SMALL 3 MAN IRONWORKS MANUFACTURING QUALITY BRITISH STOVES. We have picked up some poor review latley as out order book whent from 25 to 475 in 1 week. We are getting stoves out as fast as humanly possible :-) We do not have office staff. We make quality products at affordable prices but do not have manned phonelines or a receptionist. During the COVID crisis we kindly ask customers to deal with us by email allowing us to carry on manufacturing and answer emails after hours. Please do not confuse us with a huge manufacturing organisation. We are not that and don't wish to be

Item not delivered or refunded

I ordered in October, I was repeatedly told the item would be in stock soon and delivered. 6 months later I have no item, no refund and all my correspondence is being ignored. They never answer the phone or reply to emails, despite this being their ‘preferred method of contact’. I feel as though I have been robbed.

Poor customer service

Vesta installed a log burner in a garden cabin we had built in March 2025. Initially, very pleased, but a leak developed where the chimney comes through the roof in October 2025. We got in touch via phone and email and despite assurances that someone would visit, we are still waiting some 6 months later. Vesta suggested getting a quote from someone local to repair, but no-one wants to touch it and we did not want to invalidate the warranty.

No better than Jap crap

Just dont buy their products poor quality have low expectations and they will be met. Come with poor welding and rust for free . But a standard wood burner and paint with heat resistant paint and you will get a better product and no bullsh-t

Good stove, service poor

Good stove, service very poor. Stove arrived, no glass. Glass delivered, but still missing three parts I ordered. Was told on numerous occasions, parts on way. Over 2 months later, reimbursed for missing parts. Would not use again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought a stove from Vesta recently and I’m super happy with it. The whole process was easy from ordering, the delivery, and setup all went really smoothly. The team was friendly and made sure everything worked before leaving.

The stove itself is awesome. It looks great and heats evenly. I’ve noticed it’s also more energy efficient than my old one, which is a nice bonus.

What I really liked is that the company followed up afterward to make sure I was happy and answered any questions. That kind of service is hard to find these days.

Definitely recommend Vesta if you’re looking for a new stove! My next purchase will be the stunning garden stove!

I love the big glass door

I love the big glass door because you get a great view of the flames, and it really adds to the atmosphere. It’s also surprisingly easy to light and clean out afterwards. We’ve used both logs and a bit of smokeless fuel, and it handles both without any problems.

Overall, this stove has exceeded my expectations. It’s stylish, practical, and makes our outdoor space so much more inviting. If you’re thinking about getting one, I’d highly recommend it—you won’t regret it!

dodgy written all over it

Checked some examples in before handing over any cash and lucky we did. About as well made as a primary school project. Sharp edges, poor paint finishes combined with weak engineering skills. The only thing Vesta seem to make any effort on is trying to talk their way out of their shortcomings whenever challenged. I guess that comes with extensive experience based on the patterns of reviews. Lucky escape!

Knowledgable staff - slick process

Needed replacement glass and rope seals for my Vesta stove but had no idea of make/model. I sent a picture and dimensions to John and he knew immediately which product numbers etc I needed for the parts - ordered them there and then and they arrived a few days later. Quick and painless process

My mistake for giving them a second chance!

If you read through the reviews you will see a common thread, paying for goods and not receiving them, having to constantly contact them and receiving no reply’s and when you do make contact they make promises they do not fulfill.

It looks like they do and can impress customers but on the 2 occasions I have had the misfortune to deal with them, they have failed miserably.

Wood burner stove stand

Ordered some fire bricks

Ordered some fire bricks. Expected them to come after a week , didn’t come. Was promised they’d come before Friday of the next week. Again didn’t come. Went to Vesta stoves and John said I could pick up bricks on Friday. Later that day got email saying would be delivered the following Thursday. Thursday came and went, no bricks. Got in touch with PayPal and got a refund. Buyer beware.

Never received my order and get ignored

I ordered a comfee dishwasher only not to receive it I’ve emailed and emailed and emailed and got no response I’ve waited months for my order and still nothing I’ve not had my money back either as I’m getting no response from the company I’m so so upset as I saved up for this I’m not even one to complain but here I am!!! And whoever gave you five stars must be lying or you have probably paid for fake reviews!!

A great addition to our lifestyle...

A beautiful product, friendly and timely service and such a wonderfully enriching evening experience.

Our Vesta stove arrived before schedule, was installed very easily. There was a problem with the glass door being damaged by the delivery company but a new one was ordered by the Vesta team without any issues whatsoever.

Highly recommended and considering a second stove for the front garden!

Nothing seems to change at Vesta Stoves- a warning!!

Just another warning to anyone thinking of purchasing a Vesta product as I had hoped they might have changed as I need a replacement part, but I guess I'll have to work out how to source it elsewhere after reading some of the most recent reviews of Vesta Stoves (late 2023, early 2024). A leopard it seems does not change it's spots and once bitten twice shy. I would have given them a second chance, but there is no way on earth I would give my money to or trust Vesta Stoves again now. I bought stoves from this company 10 years ago because I liked the design, wanted to support a small british artisan company and believed the pretty pictures and satisfied customer garbage on their website. It was then and still is by a stratospheric margin the worst retail experience of my entire life, a litany of downright lies, broken promises and extreme aggravation and frustration. Eventually out so sheer doggedness I eventually got the stoves after threatening legal action, visiting the workshop, (which twice during alleged open hours was not manned or open), and managing to obtain the owners mobile number. He does not appreciate being contacted and the only way to get him to do anything remotely in the customer's favour or reliable is to make life as inconvenient for him as possible.
That said if you get a good one, they are not bad products. Unfortunately ignore his nonsense and excuses about being snowed under with orders. It is a little 2 or 3 man, completely chaotic operation and product quality seems to depend on who's making it, how they feel that day and whatever materials they've got. I know this because I have visited the yard (as it was and maybe still is), seen who makes and how they are made and have two theoretically identical products which are made to a design of the same dimensions, but in reality look like freehand non standardised items made with what they have available at the time.
As another commentator said important specifications and downloads, don't download or are not available from the website - they never have whenever I've tried. I've emailed the owner and left messages after installation about matters I needed clarification on during use of the products. You get a 'we will respond' email, but they never do.
Just to help anyone currently having problems with Vesta Stoves their old workshop was at 95A Causeway Lane, Rufford, Lancs L40 1SL. If no-one is in at Hesketh Lane Tarleton, they may be hiding out away from upset customers at the yard if they still use it.
So in summary, they are very quick to take your money, tell outright lies if an inconvenient customer and need to get you off the case if you actually manage to get through to someone, are the most frustrating and worrying business to deal with ever, if so many recent customers' experiences are still in 2023/24 the same as mine during a year, ten years ago were, forget about after purchase support or replacement parts and it's fingers crossed you get one of the good ones or a that'll do judging by other customers comments about their delivered stoves and personal experience that two identical items are not identical. It's such a shame, they could be great products, but are let down by the attitude of the business owner. It's just my opinion, but unless you can pick up a product directly from the showroom, inspect it there and then and get a few 'will need replacing with use' spares avoid unless you enjoy stress.

Fiesta Garden Stove

Pretty Pretty Bad

I genuinely don't experience bad service much. I'm not a regular reviewer or serial moaner but man Vesta Stoves managed to get me to write this!

I won't bother going into the details of the countless missed deadlines, lack of responses and poor info i experienced but it was very bad indeed and i was only ordering some firebricks!...can't imagine what getting a fire from them is like...judging from a lot of reviews, not great!

They did refund me promptly after over a month of waiting for something that takes 5 days to deliver apparently. I guess they are highly experienced at refunds.

Avoid for your own sanity.

Hi, Thanks for reaching out. The firebricks are the only part of our stoves we don't manufacture. this is because all the Vermiculite manufacturers left the UK many years ago. Unfortunately, due to shipping issues, our supplier had been delayed by over 6 weeks.

Great job well done!!

I felt the need to write my review as the experience I had was so far removed from the negative ones that I've just read. I bought a Vesta V4 flue kit and multifuel adapter. My emails & questions were responded to very quickly. We also had them fit the log burner in our summerhouse. This was another pain free job completed by the team. A Fantastic job all round.
