The office has communication issues and they don’t have good command of the English language. Currently there are technical issues such as hot water and heating at Mylius Erichsens Vej 1. These issues cannot be resolved because the owner doesn’t want to pay. Sometimes there is hot water and sometimes none for 3 days. The heating takes many days to warm and can’t keep up the temperature. The garden is filled with ragweed and mugwort. These weeds keep growing and affect anyone with allergies. Last, the windows don’t isolate the traffic noise which can keep anyone awake at night. This property is about looks not about quality of living and the property management is very rigid with a lot of communications issues between staff.
