I made an order on the 22.12. paying €22.99,- for shipping and handling within Europe 48-72 hrs. Taking in count, we have had Christmas days, nevertheless until today have I not received my order NOR is there a tracking number. When calling, I only get excuses and no solutions.
Be aware.
I ordered several packs of a supplement for my dog, and the shop sent products with a very short expiration date without mentioning it anywhere in the offer. With this quantity it’s impossible to use them in time. This is misleading and unprofessional. I feel deceived — a complete lack of transparency and respect for customers. I do not recommend this store, and I advise others to double-check what they send out.
