While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. Vetinuity is a clinical assistant built by Brian Toncray, DVM, a practicing emergency veterinarian in Phoenix. It sits in the exam room with the veterinarian and works the case alongside them. When a client speaks another language, Vetinuity detects it and translates the conversation in both directions as it happens, in more than 70 languages. The veterinarian and the client talk normally and understand each other. As the exam unfolds, Vetinuity builds the clinical workup: active problems, differentials, recommended diagnostics, and treatment options, each cited to the veterinary literature with author, journal, and year on the claim. The corpus behind those citations indexes more than 10,000 peer-reviewed veterinary journal articles. A veterinary formulary cites published dosing ranges with route and frequency, and drug calculators handle constant rate infusion dilutions and unit conversions on values the veterinarian enters and verifies. The record writes itself from the visit. Vetinuity produces the SOAP note in the veterinarian's own format, client-ready discharge instructions, and, for a multi-pet exam, a separate record for each patient from one recording. Phone camera capture reads a patient label, an analyzer printout, or another clinic's records straight into the chart. Rounds capture builds the patient board at the start of a shift. Templates are pasted in. There is no template builder and no setup wizard. It runs on phone, tablet, and desktop, and records sync across them. Vetinuity supports clinical judgment rather than replacing it. It surfaces published ranges and cited evidence, and the veterinarian makes the decisions. Built for general practice, emergency, and urgent care teams.
