We have been through quite a few things with both Dogs and cats.
to take a step back and give a rewiev i would say that the staff and the vetrinarians are extremely sympathetic and give love and care to there patients. I do feel safe leaving my pets there knowing that they are cared for in a professional and etchical way.
The medical advise and treatments i feel are well explained and dose a good job with a holistic approach taking everything in to concideration, age, history, symptoms, life quality, budget and so on.
I always feel like im able to reach out and get advise and voise worries, i feel like im always heard :) wich is great sense im the one who spends 99% with my pet and see most of the symptoms.
