Great support

Good system, good communication all around. Definitely worth creating a profile---as a candidate, there's nothing to lose.

I filled my profile with my details, cv, preferences etc. And Vettery did the work with no more iteration from me. The first company that contacted me ended up offering me the job at the end of the hiring process. I'd say 100% success ratio.

So far i have been happy with the quality of the companies that has contacted me through vettery . Especially with the pre-IPO companies

Found a great startup technology sales job on Vettery! Recruiter initiated contact from a company that wasn't on my radar, but it lined up great. Expanded my pool of possibilities, which I value most of all.

I utilized Vettery when it was still pretty new and I was trying to get my first job as a software engineer. It was a little difficult to understand how to look at potential openings to reach out for, and the system for matching me with potential employers felt a little odd or in needs of improvement, but honestly I had so many more interviews through Vettery than my own individual applications. Ultimately I got hired as a software engineer at a company through my school network, but I am certain that before long I would have landed a great job that I was a great fit for through Vettery. I really loved the service I received and if I’m ever looking for a job again I’ll certainly use Vettery.

I have only good things to say about Vettery. For one, it got me my current position, which has been a great fit and experience thus far.
I probably would have given Vettery 5-stars anyways as I got a steady stream of promising interviews before accepting a position, some of which went to the last round. That's a pretty good application success-rate!
Lastly, did I mention Vettery gives a bonus $$ check for successful hires? Sure does. What's not to like about that

I had multiple interview request through Vettery. Its a great site to quick apply and once you are in process easy to track each step. Vettery makes best use of everyone’s time on platform. A must try platform for anyone looking to get hired or even passively searching.

The interview finding process was seamless and I got a job quickly.

Initially when my profile was listed I did see some interest from prospective employers but (perhaps because of current market conditions) I haven't had any further responses. One major reason I turn to vettery is because the recruitment model unlike linkedin, indeed, glassdoor is one where employers are able to find my profile and reach out to me direct (without me having to find them). I found in the past this model gave me much higher quality interviews. Recently I understand Vettery is attempting to introduce more traditional job search/recruitment features (providing me more tools to search through available employers). For me, this is a model I'm moving away from (or at least feel I have enough tools for from other competitive offerings). Would would provide more value to me as a candidate if it continues to focus on your candidate discovery model.

Its a great service, they'll find roles that you perhaps aren't a fit for but match your skill set very well.

They guide professionals which are going through an interview in a helpful and interesting manner. I've got my job in a company I love with a good income as well and I don't have plans to leave it.

Vettery is great, they always have great job offers from quality employers and brands. The recruiters are very helpful at all times during the follow up process.
