12 years excellent service

Firstly, would like to mention JULIE who was so caring and pleasant when I called to say that, our beloved Little Bess had passed and I had to cancel my order, which I had been using for the best part of 12 yrs. My order was never missed, or delayed in that time. Thanks again

Slow delivery

I placed my order & purchased vitamins for senior dog with joint issues.
I am still waiting 8 days later with only one email from an unknown courier saying we have your order & no tracking available.
My dog is very poorly & has now been without these meds for 3 days. It’s a very poor service & I would definitely not recommend

Fipronil not fit for purpose ,ever.

Bougt 4 phials of Fipronil and the brand VetVits intended for my Burmese
and cross bred cat. Both 7 years.
The Burmese nearly went to pieces panic attacks, running round the flat, looks now as if I have been burgled, took an hour to catch him, this was a first.Very disturbed cats. Refused to go to the vet. Collecting steroids to morrow and other items. Expensive week. .
Company should have warned of the possibility of adverse affect. no more Fipronil. Vet dealing with the symptoms after 6 hours of crying he is now sleeping; Also, they forget to take off the £1 special offer. Not good

Product out of stock, no customer alerts.

Regularly use the company without problem but recently a product I am using for my dog went out of stock without any notification to customers. I have it on regular subscription so it would have been easy and obvious to alert me. When I phoned to ask where my order was a young man assured me it would be sent out. He didn’t notice it was out of stock to 5th January. So again, nothing arrived. Finally I phoned again and a lovely young man who was a supervisor helped me and discovered the product was out of stock. I can’t fault him, he was lovely. But the company have let me down. I buy a product for anxiety in my dog so to not have it for around 6 weeks is an issue and then I’m away in January so even when it reappears we won’t be here to receive an order. All of this is why I signed up for a regular subscription, thinking I would be covered.

Slow and expensive

Products seem good - flexi joints work as they should . I was a repeat buyer but I don't qualify for 'repeat order price' because I don't want to give them access to my card details .
Delivery seems to be getting slower and prices are creeping up more than the competition . I have found alternatives that are cheaper and arrive quicker so I can't recommend I'm afraid .

Slow delivery , expensive , not as good as before

Latest orders have been very slow to arrive .
Prices keep rising and deliveries are getting slower .
Enough is enough - I'm buying locally from now on as at least I can get what I want when I want it .
A real shame as they used to be great but I guess the corporate bean counters have ruined another company in the name of profits :(

Twice my package failed to arrive in time

I ordered the flexi joints for dogs, which are a great product, but I can't give them to my dog if they don't arrive.
Website says allow 10 days for delivery. The first time I ordered it took over 12 days for my package to arrive.
On my third purchase now and it has been two weeks. I have now ran out of tablets and my dog is moving stiff and is pain. It's not nice to watch. They said they would send out another package, but I'm not sure when or even if it will arrive.

Once is a mistake, but twice seems over the top.

long wait for order to arrive

I ordered Magicalm for my Collie X who has "issues", we are working with a behaviourist and finding these tablets with "B" complex vitamins and Tryptophan was a real bonus. I ordered a pack and although the website said all orders were received within 10 days but 99.9% within 3 days, after 12 days I was still waiting. Still, the tablets appear to have helped a bit and so with 10days tablets left I re-ordered, 12 days later I am still waiting. They really need to re-write their website as this is misleading and even after ringing them twice I still have no tablets and they didn't really seem to care. I just wish I could find them for sale somewhere else.

Flexi- joints, THE TOPS FOR MY DOG

my dog had poor back leg movement, tried all sorts of things, after 48 hours after taking Flexi-joints, my dog is back to his normal self. a big thank you to vetvits from Jake the collie

Totally let me and my horse down.

Without informing me, they have cancelled my longstanding repeat order for Equiflex because they are no longer prepared to send the product to France - I have paid the excess postage willingly for over 5 years. They clearly do not want my business and cannot be bothered with a long standing customer. The company ethos seems to have totally changed recently. I am angry, but it's my 27 years old horse that will suffer.

I have rough collie,his coat was matt and dry.I bought glossy coat and now he is amazing shiny and softly.I recommend for every dog!

Last year my dog could hardly walk this year she has been taking flexi joint and now runs around with all the younger dogs on our walk . Thank you vet vits

Excellent

Having 3 large fluffy dogs I was looking for a canine Glucosamine supplement! VetVits "flexi-joints" was exactly what I was looking for. Fairly priced and here in good delivery time! Felt safe buying online through their web site. The sell many great supplements for a range of animals!
