THIS SITE IS A SCAM, NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

THEY WILL NEVER DELIVER THE PRODUCT, AND YOU'LL ONLY RECEIVE AUTOMATED EMAILS ABOUT HOW THEY ARE A "SMALL" STARTUP. THEY WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY.

This is a scam site. I ordered mascara, and the product delivered was not as described at all. It took a number of weeks before anything arrived, and when it did it was such poor quality it was unusable.

SCAM-DO NOT USE
We purchased a Dog bark unit @$73.00. The order confirmation never came. Then it was sent from China total lies that are in their website. It took over 3 weeks to arrive then the plus is dodgy, I got an adapter for the US and that still does not work.
They wont refund my money and want me to send it back registered post which will cost $25+. I am reporting them to my bank and will do emails like these.
SO DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT ALL this is a SHAM
The whole site is a lie. They turn their feedback off too :(

Edit25/01/2020 the bank gave me my money back as it is a scam and they are now trading under furhaus to sell these units :(

Just like the other reviews... You get tricked into doubling your order. You won't get a refund or correction to your order. That should already warn you.

They post that they deliver from different countries... But their tracking will come from China. Then It will to update. I've emailed them several times. They have a canned response and will not get you anywhere. I ordered Oct 29. It's already Dec 10 and still no product... What a scam.

Very bad.. Worst company ever !
I have just read the comment about this company and I had exactly the same issues.

-First I wanted to buy only two boxes of mascara but I realised I actually paid for 4 which I never wanted ! the way they have made it was very tricky/

- Secondly, very bad customer service, they basically ignore you and the women I talked to said that because they are a small company and they have lots of customers, it might take a bit of time but she will get back to me after speaking to her manager if I can get refunded two boxes. She never did. Also if you are a small company, they it actually shouldn't take you very long to speak to your manager..

- I have also checked on their Facebook page and they deleted every comments on that advert which is no a good sign.

-finally the products are very bad ! Useless. I think I wouldn't even paid £5 for it..
Worst company ever. Do not buy !

Please do not purchase from this company.
Placed an order on 19th October.
Chased my order 11 times and each time only to be told order is on it's way.
Now at 4th November tracking tells me that my order is still in China.
Was never notified when placing the order that Veuxbeauty do not really sell within the UK.
Asked for a refund but looks unlikely.
Please avoid.

Ordered mascara. Got a tracking number. It’s been looping in China for three weeks. I’ve sent a help request four times for zero response. Actually, I got a response this morning - they’ve merged my help requests!
I now believe they are a total sham.
Lucky I didn’t order more than one!!
