I would not recommend this company. The product is plagued with persistent bugs that remain unresolved despite repeated reports. Customer support is effectively non-existent — multiple inquiries were sent without receiving a single response. This level of neglect and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Overall, a highly disappointing experience and one of the worst service standards I have encountered.
We use the paid Pro version of vev. We activated it in order to accept deposits for the dates booked by our customers. VEV charges platform fees not on the actual transaction that goes through them but on the whole amount of the services that the client booked! For example: transaction was for €200, by terms of service they have 2% platform fee. They did not charge €4 though, but €28! Because they say the whole service booked is for €1440 no matter that there was no transaction processed for that amount and there will not be.
