Faulty Product & No Real Support – Avoid Vevor.ca
I had the worst experience with Vevor.ca. I ordered a scent diffuser machine that turned out to be completely faulty – it doesn’t diffuse properly and produces no mist at all. I immediately contacted support, sent them a video, and was told I would get a response in 48 hours. It has now been more than 72 hours since I first raised the issue, and I still don’t have a proper answer.
Instead of resolving the problem, their support only replies once every 24 hours with generic responses like “we are working on it,” but no actual solution. I simply asked for a replacement or refund, but they keep delaying without even confirming whether the machine is faulty.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m now left with a useless product and wasted time. I will be requesting a chargeback through my bank if this is not resolved immediately.
Save yourself the trouble – avoid Vevor.ca.

Fans shipped in cardboard boxes
Fans shipped in cardboard boxes , both boxes were banged up , parts hanging out of one box. I really wonder about how long they will last , I am sure st least to the end of warranty.
Missing parts , I rented a skyjack to install them , now I pay the rental fee while Vevor thinks about how they may or may not get me the parts missing . No phone number to call them , they hide behind emails.
Brutal
Unbelievable, no customer service phone number , you can talk to the chat bot .. that just makes your blood boil
