Sprayer works fantastic.
The harness is comfortable even with the battery and 4 gallons in it.
Bonus that it comes in a couple of days and with extra “O” rings.
Improvement opportunity-> better instructions & a better way to attach the wand when not in use.
Overall I give it 5 ⭐️ and I’m a real user! 😉

A damaged box that had been attempted to be sort of repaired with a random piece of cardboard to cover an approximately 5"x5" hole in the box. One of the wheels is missing, along with the instructions, and therefore, who knows what else. Wonderful.

Nice packaging, and the mask fits well. The red light mode has three settings and makes your skin feel great. However, my mask doesn't offer the 7 different light modes as advertised. I followed all the instructions in the manual but still couldn’t get it to change colours. I reached out to customer service with my order number, but they claimed they couldn’t locate it and therefore couldn’t provide any help. If they gave me instructions how to operate the light mode without giving me the run around over my order number, I could have given this red light mask a 5 star.

So easy to put together and install on my fencepost. Simple instructions except for the wifi part which I ignored anyway. I've got the base set up about 75' from the house and I've got great signal.

Product was well made. Components heavier than expected. Struggled with the assembly instructions a little, but once assembled, it worked great!

I'm very happy with the cart and the shopping experience. The price was good, shipping was fast, and the cart seems sturdy. My one issue is with regards to the assembly instructions. They could be a little more detailed. Nothing major but it was necessary to remove hardware installed on previous steps to for installing components in later steps.

Communication - Outstanding.
If you have an issue they respond quickly and work hard to find solutions.

Cost- I have not found a comparable unit that is equal in comparison.

Value is high at a significantly lower cost than higher end products.

Quality- Very good to excellent. I personally had a couple of pieces with dents/bends - could have been shipping or manufacturing defect. Customer service made sure my items worked and I am satisfied.

Shipping-reasonability quick however you will receive two separate deliveries if ordering with vacuum.

Assembly - This is where VEVOR could use improvement. Instructions lack many details that result in frustration or confusion to the customer. No one wants put things together only to take apart and then back together again correctly all because instructions lacked notes and details. People are smart and can figure it out but they shouldn’t have to if VEVOR can update instructions.

Overall - You get high quality at a fair low price with quick delivery

No information on using the dial and screen info. What is the heat unit for?

There are two rubber washers in the assembly that are not mentioned anywhere in the instructions as far as their use. They are depicted in the parts diagram and also labeled as well.

Better instructions on camera operation. How hard can you make finding a simple air temperature.

The heat press has worked just fine on the two projects on which I have used it and I'm looking forward to using it on more items. BUT, the directions for putting the press together are AWFUL. They are very unclear. The diagrams give parts a name or a letter but those don't coincide with the next combined picture and instructions. It took us three days to be able to complete it when clear communication would have made it possible in one hour. I have put many difficult things together and these instructions are by far and away the worst, most confusing instructions I have ever run into.

Issues I found:
Metal framing parts were not even as I had to use additional washers to even out material. Metal framing was scratched possibly due to poor handling as the box was delivered destroyed. There were no instructions included in the box for how to attach seatbelt harness. The prefabricated mounting holes do not align properly to maximize mounting my sim products.

Some things I like are:
The material is hard and sturdy and the seat is comfortable. I do enjoy the wheels as they allow the option to move the sim cockpit with relative ease as it is a heavy product. The mounted platform for a sim wheel does holdup well to heavy feedback force from my simulation steering wheel. I like that the product is not that big and easy to fit in smaller spaces. Product is a great price point for an entry level sim cockpit.
