Merchandise is fine. Delivery Instructions ignored. Boxes left outdoors right in front of posted sign requesting delivery onto the enclosed front porch.

Great product. Lousy instructions. QUIT USING FED EX. Box had holes in it I had nuts and bolts scattered all over the ground had to buy new ones. This was not my first order but it's always the same with FedEx.

Thr wheel broom carriage was already in one piece a previous one I bought was not and caused alot of problems liked the instructions also

Everything's works as it should...although the delivery driver did not follow delivery instructions leaving packages in an area that was not secure...

BEWARE VEVOR TOOLS!!!! I bought a Vevor pole hedge trimmer from Temu online which included one single rechargeable battery. Our yard trimming is extensive and a single battery charge will not be sufficient to get the job done, and the Vevor instructions specifically stated no other battery except Vevor would fit the tool. INCREDIBLY, when I attempted to purchase a second battery on the Vevor site, I was told they do not sell batteries separately!!! In other words, once the battery that came with the tool eventually dies, I will have to discard the entire tool and purchase an all new tool which is the ONLY WAY I CAN GET ANOTHER BATTERY FOR THIS TOOL. This is not only deceptive, but wasteful and I will never again purchase a tool made by Vevor, despite the fact that Vevor returned a small fraction of my purchase price because they could not/would not sell me a second battery. REALLY THEY SHOULD BE PROHIBITED FROM SELLING ANY TOOLS WHICH ARE NOT BACKED BY THEIR SUPPORT.
Note: Vevor's canned response to this review - exactly word for word the same response they have given everyone who wrote a negative review. Thus far, Vevor responded to my first review by confirming they do not sell separate batteries for their tools. Then Vevor responded to my second contact with them directly on the Vevor website by saying they would look into it and get back to me...they never got back to me with an appropriate resolution which would have been simply to offer a comparable battery I could buy on their website. There is NO REASON TO BELIEVE they will resolve this issue as they only APPEAR to be concerned, but offer no real solution in the end

Exactly what I needed. Well built for what will use for. Hauling rocks and fire wood around yard. Instructions where straight forward and easy to follow.

Pictures and instructions for how to install/mount the carrier onto the cross bars. No instructions or suggestions on how to load the bag onto the carrier.

I recently purchased an Ice maker from Vevor here is the product review I wrote.
I will not be buying anymore products from them.
When i plugged the ice maker in after making several trips to hardware store for the correct fitting to connect water the machine temperature read the ambient temperature in my shop and never cooled down to make ice. I tried reading the minimal instructions and spent an hour watching videos to adjust. Reaching out to devour is a pain they generally only respond once a night (China Time) so it took a week to trouble shoot and come up with the solution they would send me another and refund me half of the cost.....ok good. then next night they tell me that unit is not available and they are just going to issue a refund. Well ok. then i tell them it will cost me money to dispose of the unit at the dump so I ask for a discount code...long story short they won't do that and that took several more nights. I will no be purchasing things from vevor. I will also be telling my friends about this.

Product was as advertised and a very competitive price. Delivery was excellent, delivered without charge the day after it was ordered and UPS followed my instructions and rang my doorbell.

Pool pump and filter arrived very quickly. Easy to follow instructions. Installation was quick and easy. Except for hose clamps, all connections sealed with no leaks by hand. Pump fired up and worked well and properly. Very happy with this purchase. A must needed upgrade for my pool.
