I recently received a 2400w portable power station. It has not worked since removing it from the box. I submitted a ticket to start troubleshooting it or to receive a replacement. All I receive for updates is what appears to be automated messages stating it is being reviewed & I would receive an update in 48 hours. The response always includes “…. We are concerned about our customer service….” If that were true I would appreciate contact by a human representative or instructions on how to facilitate the return of this faulty unit. I would highly recommend considering a competitor product vs purchasing from Vevor.
UPDATE…. I received an offer of $268 compensation from VEVOR for a unit that I was charged $896, with no additional details on what to do with this nonfunctional unit I received. The offer is followed with a comment of their commitment to customer satisfaction.

We love the seat!! but the instructions are vag and there was no hardware included in our shipment

Ordering is easy. Shipping has been fast. The demolition hammer i ordered is lighter than i thought by itsself or in the case. Would be nice if the case was a little bigger so i didn't need an extra case for the shovel bits but at least the hammer fits and 3 of the other bits can be stored in there and the case has wheels. The instructions can be confusing. There are spare motor brushes in the case but the instructions say to be serviced by a qualified tech. The cart i ordered looks and rolls great. Comes with wrenches but they are thin and small so i used different tools. Set up was extremely easy. Maybe 30 mins and that is with grabbing other tools. Prices are reasonable

Vevor was unknown to me, but their steel garden cart was the right price, so I took a chance. Wow, they delivered very quickly. Instructions for assembly were very clear, all the needed parts were present, and it went together very easily. This is a sturdy wagon we’ll use for storing firewood. I may get another one.

Fast shipping and great prices. Items are made well. My only critique is the instructions ! They can be a bit unclear.

Instructions were well written with the exception being the instructions say 50 mm bolts and the bolts in the package were a 45. They worked fine.

I do like the product, however the deliverable was left outside.

Visual instructions were sufficient but confusing.

If you remember the old days, lots of “put it together yourself” projects were of questionable quality. Instructions weren’t clear/translated poorly, fasteners were cheap or flawed, screws would strip out particle board, etc. NOT HERE! Everything about this table was top notch for the price. Delivery was quick, also. I am highly pleased!

I recently ordered a shower stool and received it today. It required assembly and after following the instructions I assembled it. After I did I found the stool to be a safety hazard. It is horribly unstable and an accident waiting to happen. I refused to use it in my shower and have disassembled it and returned it to a pile of items that I will never ever use.

The speedyness of your product arriving in a timely manner. Prices are within reason. And your product is really good and instructions are self explanatory.

The fan arrived on schedule and is of very sturdy construction. It was easy to assemble and the hardware bag even included hefty concrete anchors although we didn't need them. The instructions were well done and easy to follow. The shock pads are not cut on an angle to match the cage but that is a minor problem. I have not installed the fan yet but it looks like a very nice unit at a decent price.

The instructions for assembly were below average. We finally figured it out but weren't all that great.

We ordered the FG-23 model. Nowhere in your instructions does it state what size drill bit you should use. My husband now has to make a second trip back to the home improvement store for a half inch drill bit. He tried 3/8 and it was not big enough. Your instructions could use some improvement!! The instructions state not to install when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol or drugs (lol) but yet you don't tell the person what size drill bit to use to install the rail safely. Two trips to store, unneeded!!

This is a great product and doesn’t take up much space, but has a decent capacity and I like that there are 2 compartments. It was a bit of a puzzle to put together and the instructions were not always clearly written, but figured it out.

Product was well made, packaged well, and shipped expeditiously. Instructions were slightly vague but simple enough to figure out with basic engineering knowledge.

The trailer dolly I ordered from Vevor arrived much sooner than I expected. All pieces were in the box and the instruction manual had some nice pictures of the assembly, but the instructions were very vague. There were no instructions indicating which direction the pieces were to be installed. I figured it out when the bolts didn’t match the holes. If you are somewhat of a handy man/woman, you can figure it out, but it would have been so simple to be more specific in the manual. Other than assembly, the dolly appears to be very good quality. I was glad to discover the bar holding the ball was reversible.
