How to assemble.
I went to put my item together and to my surprise, No instructions.

The ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery was fast and the hose reel arrived in good condition with all parts included. Clear instructions were included. The product was as advertised. All together, a great experience.

DILIVERY WAS ON TIME, PRODUCT WAS STURDY, INSTRUCTIONS WERE WEAK BUT IT WAS EASY TO FIGURE OUT. COULD USE BETTER PICTURES WITH INSTRUCTIONS. THE ORDER OF ASSEMBLY SEEMED OFF.

I am disappointed in VEVOR for not returning my customer service requests for the towing mirrors purchased from VEVOR. The backup lights are non operational with no installation instructions and/or connection parts. The company has yet to respond to my emails.

Great after figuring it out. Better instructions and would give a 5 star. Kids LOVE it and I'm glad I installed it.

Always great service. BUT the instructions on paper were really bad and the video wasn't much better. Somehow the up and down side of the rake needs to be marked so you know which way to put it together.

Only complaint! The assembly instructions on a couple products I ordered were difficult to follow. Figured them out but slowed the assembly process.

Wanted to commend Vevor on their customer service. I had bought a gas caddy from them but unfortunately it leaked and had to return it. They quickly replied with return instructions including a return shipping label and the refund hit my credit card faster than they received the returned product! Awesome. Unrelated, I bought a 1200 pound capacity lawn cart that they had been advertising, it arrived quickly and works great. Everything I have bought from them is as stated, arrives quickly, and in my one case of a problem item, they return/refund quickly! Can’t ask for more than that! Buy from them!

Good machine but heavy than more professional brands. Assembly instructions are vague.

Product seems good for the price. I have not used it yet but the quality during assembly seemed to be good. The instructions were a little confusing but just having a little basic understanding of how things work helped me assemble the thing easy enough.

Vevor expects the end user to do QA on their product. The arbor press I purchased is unusable as there is no way to attach the wheel to the pinion or hold the pinion in place in the press

6/24- Vevor responded with a solution. My fault, I missed a detail on my visual inspection. With clearer instructions this would have been avoided.

Product arrived a day early.Carefully packaged and Instructions manual was illustrated and easy to read.

Postives: Great affordable product. Fast delivery, Product was packaged well and exactly as advertised. (All parts were there.)
Needs work: Instructions are hard to read and or incomplete. Wouldn't recommend for someone with little mechanical knowledge. Perhaps put up a video. I couldnt find any online. Also clamping mechanism for different attachments if you loosen too much the nut falls out and can be lost. I super glued mine in after loosing one. Had to get a new one at hardware store. Everything has been great so far.
