Need a gasket for my rock polisher

Need a gasket for my rock polisher. They have no info on web page to order parts and do not connect me with anyone when I call. Very poor customer support.

Shocking return

Item was delivered. It was was a wagon. It's ment to fit four children yet can barely fit my 2 childdren age 1 & 3 comfortablely.

It also doesn't turn very well and we live in a very hilly area.

I asked to return and they investigate it. Had to send pictures. They came back and said my children should not wear jackets while in the wagon and then it would fit 4 children 🤣 it's freezing in Ireland. Also said it turns which is doesn't and won't allow me to return.

You get your item but the return is absolutely shocking. Now I'm stuck with a wagon that cost 300

The saw works great

The saw works great.
The poles have a lot of fiberglass slivers on them that stick in your hands. Be careful handling when unpacking and assembling. Dumb everything out with gloves on and rinse off with hose. The storage bag just throw it away.

I ordered a motorcycle shelter and…

I ordered a motorcycle shelter and never received it.

I tried to contact them what a joke!

It was on hold for 3 hours and no one picked up, the I tried email with no response, then I tried live chat (bot) with no return call from anyone.

This went on for over 2 weeks I called my card provider to get my money back and have to wait up to 2 months for my refund.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
Worse customer service than ever!!!
And it’s been about 4 weeks and nobody called me from vevor.

Feeling frustrated and disappointed

Feeling frustrated and disappointed. After a full week of emails back and forth, all of the sudden I get another generic dear customer we apologize msg. I cannot finish my wainscotting project due to some incorrectly cut angles. Unfortunately the correct number of pcs were there so most are already glued to walls or I'd ship it all back and be done with this company. All I get is we would like to replace it. Everytime I accept ( even a different style) it suddenly becomes out of stock leaving my issue unresolved. The facade of caring about my issue but nothing actually being done is showing thier credibility. Buying from this company is a risky gamble.
