Great product and great price. My only complaint is for the anchors used to affix the product to the ground. There were no installation instructions included, so I had to go to the website to look up FAQ’s to see what size drill bit to use. The info calls for an “M8” drill bit. M8? Try finding that drill bit size at Home Depot, Lowe’s or Ace. Had to buy my own equivalent anchors that noted a standard drill bit size.

Putting together the cart was a nightmare!! I literally spent hours shaving down some of the pieces just so they would fit into the grooves. The instructions are garbage, the only thing that made it easier was another reviewers lengthy step by step guide.

Very easy to order. I was skeptical at first based on the price vs the OEM competitor products. This was sports equipment, but outside of the lack of installation instructions the product was well built and was shipped quickly. Highly recommend for sports.

Like: The price was great. the free fast shipping was great.
Dislike : there was no instructions with pump so there was no way of knowing that the control box was not needed. This turned the job into a 3 day job instead of a few hour job. If you guys would add that to the box it would be very helpful. Othr than that I'm very happy with it.

This is the second product I have purchased from you....and whoever you have delivering them doesn't pay attention to the instructions on my front door stating to take packages around to side door they left both orders on the edge of my front door step .......it's just me here and the orders were very heavy for me to try to get them to the other side of my house .....not happy with That at all .......how ever the product itself is great .

I was skeptical at first but I have ordered quite a few items from Vevor and they have all been superior quality for what I paid. I haven't had to deal with customer service yet, so I can't say anything about that. But the packaging, shipping and timeliness are wonderful. The only complaint I have had with the variety of things I've bought is the instructions for the stand of the table saw. After some research everyone else said the same thing. Its more of a trial and error process. The tent, wrenches, plumbing tools, landscape supplies and everything else I have bought seems to be of good quality and are holding up for now. I am open to testing some free stuff if they need me to.😉

Good tools at a great price. Drill sharpener does a very good job, drills are very sharp. Instructions clear and operation simple so getting started is easy.

The instructions were terrible

The battery operated sprayer is ideal as the pump sprayers were weak and not efficient. The product is top quality. I was intimidated at first with all the parts and thought the assembly instructions could have been more defined. All in all a great purchase for delivery and price.

Arrived 1 day early. I went with the 33cc for less weight. Instructions for the 2 weed blades installation could be better. Harness seems to be on the small side. As for cold and warm starts, this is the best and easiest to start of all the gas weed whippers. First pull 99% of the time. 33cc has plenty of power for cutting. to bad it didn't come with a propeller, for use on my boat.

The order arrived correctly, but the instructions provided were unclear and difficult to follow. After a short period of use, the product stopped working completely.

We contacted customer service to report the issue. Their initial response stated that they would investigate the matter and get back to us with a solution. Unfortunately, despite waiting for a considerable amount of time, we have not received any further communication or update.

The lack of clear instructions, combined with the product failure and poor follow-up from customer support, has been very disappointing. I expected better product quality and a more professional after-sales service.

I hope VEVOR will finally address this issue and provide an appropriate solution.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. WORST customer service. Purchased an elect post hole digger. Instructions werent clear on one thing so looked up customer service number. Kept getting message no one was available and to call back later. After about 5 tries, I went on their chat and explained issue. CSR said she would open a ticket and have someone get back to me. Oh yeah within 3 days! I wanted to use that night. I said cant I just talk to someone. She informed me there wasnt a phone number - explains why I couldnt get thru. I wound up research issue on Google and found the answer. It doesn't matter what the item is, how cheap it is, if you have zero customer service all bets are off

The stakes/rails arrived in two days. They are sturdy with good instructions.

Vevor reached out and offered a full refund. Never offered a solution for resetting the not working charger, but at least I got my money back.

Bought an EV charger. It was working fine until I followed the instructions in the manual that came with the item I ordered, to connect it to an app so I can manage charging from my phone. At that point it stopped working. I've submitted a support ticket, followed the instructions they sent requesting more info and haven't heard anything since. This is unacceptable. My charger doesn't work. Customer support isn't responding to me. Now I have no way to charge my car at home. I'm FURIOUS.
Piss poor job. Willing to update review if someone responds to me today...
