Product was not as advertised. I ordered a 3-camera endoscope and got one, that while appears to maybe have three cameras on the snake, only functions as a single, forward facing, endoscope. The parts diagram within the included instructions only callout a single camera, and the instruction portion of the manual mention nothing about the side cameras or any functions for selecting or viewing the images from the side cameras. This lack of promised functionality caused an additional 3-day delay on our project while we re-ordered a scope from another trusted vender. The delay cost us several hundreds of dollars and left a scar on our previously flawless reputation with our client.

No-hassle return policy is a farse. I ordered a welder with good reviews, however, when it arrived not only was the quality of construction poor, but it was very confusing to operate. Instead of the standard two knobs for wire speed and voltage like most welders have, Vevors welders have wire speed, voltage, syncing and amps. All which have to be adjusted separately from each other and fine tuned. This is overly complicated and the instructions are absolutely useless. There is no quick guide reference like other welders have and labels and instructions are not in clear English. Not even my friend who is a very skilled welder, could figure out how to operate it. Since it was a gift for my son, I wanted to return it in order to get something straight forward. This is where things became VERY frustrating. They claim to have a 30 day no-hassle return policy, however, this is not true. You must first have the return "approved" by them and they find everyway possible to not grant it. I have messaged them back and forth 6 times now. Each time they say that returns are a hassle and that things get lost in the mail. They keep sending me the poorly written 1 page instructions that I already have and do not make and do not address the quality. The machine is brand new, unused, undamaged and I contacted them he day I received it. If you need to return something forget it. They will either take so long that it goes past their 30 days, or they will just not approve it. Better off going to Harbor Freight because the quality is the same. At least you can return things there.

Easy to order and quick shipping. Arrived undamaged and had easy unpacking instructions.

I had a hard time with the directions. I went on you tube and got so,e stuff explained, but still don’t what the wire rack is for. I had a hard time putting on the metal spout. I wasn’t sure what temperature to put the machine on, and am I supposed to dump out the water that is in the bottom after I am done with one pot of the distilled water or can I keep in it and just fill up to the line and then start like that? I feel like doing a video that has better instructions.

It would be nice if the initial setup instructions were a bit more clear, but the support I received was quick and very helpful.

Returned multiple refrigerators to VEVOR over a month ago, fully following their return instructions. The items were delivered back to their facility and delivery confirmation is available.

Despite repeated follow ups, no refund has been issued. Support keeps saying the return is “under verification” with no timeline, no escalation, and no resolution. Holding customer funds for over 30 days after confirmed receipt is unacceptable.

This has wasted significant time and required us to pursue chargebacks and formal complaints to get attention. Based on this experience, I would not trust VEVOR for business or large purchases.

I ordered a wire stripping machine. Upon receipt I noticed the internal styrofoam was busted in multiple places. I thought the machine was either used or damaged in shipping as the center blade that cuts the insulation is off center. Wire simply is pushed aside. I have been trying to get this resolved with support for now approaching three weeks. They have sent one video showing how to assist the blade, on a different machine. Not helpful. Then another photo of this machine but it moves the blade up and down not left to right. They don’t have any further instructions. Told me that’s all they can do and offered $38 to find a repair shop. I’ve asked for a return numerous times, per their 1 year warranty, 30 day return window. They’ve ignored that request over and over. I’m going to challenge the charge since I have the entire request history in support. I should have brought this through Amazon vs direct. Returning it that way wouldn’t have been an issue.

Fast delivery, product quality, good assembly instructions

I ordered a Vevor label printer, which arrived within a few days, had all relevant parts required for setup (without internet connection), clear instructions, thorough information on support, and proved to be of surprisingly high quality and easy to set up. If its proves to also be of lasting and reliable quality, it'll be truly amazing, given its low price.

Trolly arrived on time & in perfect condition. Easy to assemble with supplied tools & instructions. We use it for hailing 20kg sacks of chicken feed up our driveway & a steep path with stairs & across packed dirt & it copes very well.

The winch itself looks good but it was missing a bracket and had no instructions as to how to put together and it looks like it must be mounted to a bracket. Still haven't had a chance to see if it works.

Arrived in perfect condition with clear assembly instructions. Just what I needed.

Terrible instructions. There were 3 filters wrapped in plastic and NOWHERE in the manual did it mention this. If I hadn’t looked inside, this could have been catastrophic. PLEASE have someone who speaks fluent ENGLISH help you write your manuals if you intend to continue to sell in America.

The only improvement I would suggest is to have an English speaking person write the instructions. They are currently very hard to decipher.
