The instructions where very bad not very readable

I have now used all the buttons that came with the machine and I can say that is a good machine for beginners. It took a few tries to get them right, but once I got the hang of it everything when smooth.
Instructions aren't that clear, there should be more information on the thickness of paper you should use and the pressure required.

Vevor improperly assembled a pipe bender at their factory and I had Homedepot deliver one to me.
On first use I purged it per manufacturer instructions and during the purge one of the return spring mounting eyes blew off the mounting base and released with sufficient force that if I had not already taken precautions I may have lost one or more fingers!
I contacted Vevor via the web and also via telephone with a live representative. NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME LIKE AN ENGINEER OR TROUBLESHOOTER OR RECALL PERSON.

I found the Vevor brand through another creator's recommendation and am so glad I did!
I had a shirt printing job required for the weekend when my old heatpress died. Went onto the Vevor site, easy purchase, great price and estimated delivery by the Friday, being just in time. Ordered on the Tuesday and it was delivered to my house 10am on the Thursday. The press was extremely easy to setup with simple instructions and produced a top quality dtf press onto my customers shirt as required. Very happy with it and thankful for the team getting it out so quickly. Would highly recommend.

Great trolley. It was a well laid out kit. Everything numbered and easy to follow instructions. We're very happy with this very useful trolley.

I bought the Vevor strut compressor tool. It was pretty easy to assemble. The pictures could have been better on the instructions but the video helped. Great tool, very affordable!

Update 11/10/2025: I filed a complaint with the BBB the same day. After a few days of back and forth and empty words they issued me a full refund. Since all their communication basically said the same thing (That they received my inquiry and someone would be in contact within 2 days) There is not a doubt in my mind had I not involved the BBB and left a review on TeustPilot that this would have been ever resolved in any kind of timely manner. Caveat Emptor.

I don't know how this company has such a high score. They have had almost 1500 complaint filed against with the BBB in the last 3 years. I purchased a bed mat from Vevor through Amazon and was pleased with it. After the purchase Vevor flooded me with discount offers. So, I decided to order a bed extender for my truck directly through them to use the discounts. Huge mistake. The product arrived with missing parts and terrible instructions. So I went to YouTube to see if there were any videos to help since the missing parts were related to the straps that securedit after installation and were not criticalto the install. All of the videos I could find all said the same thing...the instructions were worthless and it took them multiple times of trial and error to figure out the setup. So I called Vevor for help with the missing parts and to see if they could direct me to a step by step installation video. The AI kept asking for pictures of the product and to circle the missing parts. Finally I got a live person on chat. He asked me for the same stupid pictures. When I asked him how was I going to take pictures of missing parts he told me to take a picture of the instructions and circle the missing parts. After all of that he said he was going to send it to an email team and somebody would be in touch in 2 days. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY HE COULDN'T JUST SHIP ME THE PARTS RIGHT THEN. So I asked for a return and refund and he said my request would be forwarded or something to that effect. So I went to the returns page and filled out the form and it basically said the same thing. After these encounters I started researching Vevor and what I found has me worried. They have a history of taking months to resolve issues and most people have to get their credit card companies to reverse the charges. Since I used one of those 4 month interest free sites I guess I'm toast...smh. Stay away from this company. If I had purchased through Amazon the price would have been higher, but the customer service and return process would have been painless.

Shipping was fast. Need better assembly instructions. Trying to get information is tough. As far as fitment. I will probably buy from them again.

I cannot get the lighter to work that I just purchased. How do I get instructions?

The quality of the stand frame is very sturdy.
However the instructions are horrible and this has nothing to do with the operation or the quality

VEVOR Manual Tile Cutter, 1200mm
Sorry this is worth the read.
If you are reading this review and others you may be a little lost with the variety of reviews some suggest the tile cutter is OK others are saying it is a rubbish tool. The problem is Vevor sells a number of tile cutters but all the reviews here are related to all the types, all the sizes and all the designs of tile cutters sold by Vevor. So the review you are reading for a 600mm tile cutter could be for a 1000mm tile cutter.
For clarity this review is for the 1200mm Vevor single rail with a laser and batteries as well as a spare cutting wheel.

I am a an experienced tile layer. I have a Sigma brand 600mm as well as a Sigma 900mm tile cutter. I bought the Vevor 1200mm for a job that I am doing. I rarely work with 1200mm tiles.
The Review
The instructions are rubbish. The pictures are too small and the photo resolution is woeful. The explanations and descriptions are quite poor.

The laser was well out if square. I adjusted it to align with the cutting wheel when at the furthest point. The laser light is not focused so the beam is wide about 4-6mm which means you would not use the laser, alone, for accurate cutting. It gives you an idea of the cutting line.

The installed cutting wheel is rubbish it has too much axial movement meaning it runs off the cutting line the harder you push. The spare cutting wheel is just as bad. I threw these away and replaced them with a Japanese cutting wheel from Ali-Express. It cost about $A12 resulting in a smoother cutting action and I did not have to use much pressure. I noticed the cutting line was much sharper and the break was also easier.
The tile support arms and the protractor are both poor quality but they do the job barely.

After changing the cutting wheel a full tile cut is about 4mm off square. There is some adjustment at the end of travel to the rail. I manage to get this table into square. I then was able to cut 1200mm tile down the center with about 1mm accuracy. I was able to repeat this. The narrowest 1200mm cut I could do was 25mm. At 25mm the tile broke clean and the cut remained accurate.

With a little effort I think this can be made into a reasonable cutter. Do change the cutting wheel and make the adjustments.

They are strong shelves. Has a lot of space on the shelves. The only thing I had trouble with was the instructions on how to build. But I did get it done.

cant get an where and how to return an item it is a lost cause getting simple instructions to return the item to frustrating

Everything was just as described. In looks and size.works great as it should.but I wish you would have a local support center in the US. I had to call a certified electrician to help with the wiring because the instructions didn't tell me what wire was what. It has totally different color wires.

The instructions were horrible took my husband and I threw hrs to put together

Instructions for the product were lacking at best and I do not believe that it is performing as advertised as well.
