BEWARE!!! This website is phishing your data!!

I had searched for a specific item and merely clicked onto this item being offered from this company.

Shortly after, I received an email (without ever having inputted my email address anywhere!), that I now have an account with this company.

I sent an email to their customer service and received a reply, that deleting my account will take at least 14 days and that I would have to confirm that I was really sure that I wanted to delete the account.

Like, really??? I had no either put in my email address anywhere on this company's website, nor had I clicked I wanted to subscribe to anything, and neither had I created any account with them. They just pulled my email address somehow by me clicking onto their ad and automatically created an account, which I am now unable to delete. Already contacted consumer protection in my country (Ireland).

Stay well away from any of their dodgy websites!!

Ordered a kids gymnastics bar off this website, don’t get me wrong it came with adjustment leavers x2 missing, got it for my daughters birthday, emailed them they said they will respond within 24,72 hours I hope they get these sent out as soon as possible as the hole thing will be pointless without them, my first time ordered of this website aswell…..

Have issues with received product and can't contact after sales because it won't allow me to upload pictures or videos of the item. This is one way of stopping you from contacting them. Very disappointed

I purchased a fridge from VEVOR.de, and while initially satisfied, I encountered a significant issue with the lid's closing system. After just 12 months, the lid no longer closes properly, a clear indication of a poor design flaw. This problem didn't manifest immediately but gradually became apparent, qualifying as a hidden defect.

Under European consumer protection laws, consumers are entitled to a minimum two-year legal warranty for new products. However, VEVOR.de only provides a 12-month warranty, which is concerning and misleading. This short warranty period does not comply with EU regulations, which are designed to protect consumers from exactly these kinds of defects.

When I contacted VEVOR.de's customer service, I was disappointed by their response. They advised me to find a repair shop on my own, essentially washing their hands of the problem and leaving me without support. This lack of accountability and assistance feels like a "find yourself a repair shop that maybe has some spare parts and can help you" situation, which translates to "you're on your own."

Overall, the combination of a poorly designed product, inadequate warranty, and unhelpful customer service has left me extremely disappointed. I expected better from a company operating under EU laws and will be reconsidering future purchases from VEVOR.de.
