Very fast shipping, i didnt received the tracking but the package has arrived earlier than i expected

Vevor, decent tools at small price, no frills, only tools.
My bottle jack is big as described, no chrome plating, some sharp edges, simple paint, but works perfectly.
I'm happy.

One word: perfekt!

Fast delivery, works good, quality seems to be worth, picture quality is fine enough to work with, no long therm experience of mechanic flexible part. But works also well at the moment. Saved me from buying a motorbike with rusty fuel tank.

PESSIMI!!! Ordinato macchinario per sottovuoto, ricevuto con parti mancanti e, soprattutto, NON FUNZIONANTE. Richiesto reso subito, stanno evidentemente ritardando tutto per non procedere con reso e rimborso totale.
Oggi chiamo e passo la palla al mio avvocato.

What can do to get my 5th star?
As we are a company I would prefer to pay via bank trasfer upon invoice.

I bought three outdoor kitchen doors but on their website some are in inches and some in cm so I mistakenly bought two wrong ones. I contacted them straight away to understand how to be able to return them but so far the customer service has been awful. I have also found a page on Facebook of people that have been scammed by Vevor and they all say the same: they don't want to have the products returned (in ITaly by law they must do it within 14 days), they don't refund, they offer little money to keep the product (they offered me 20euros when I spend 250 for two doors). Since they will probably ask, my order number is 24033000992816524218 if they REALLY want to do something about, but do they want to? I don't think so!

Not the first time I have experienced this horrible service. They don't know about any of the machines or tools they sell when you ask them. They don't want to help people they just want to make money...

If you are looking for inexpensive or affordable tools but with an accetable quality, vevor is for sure the website you are looking for!
