Extremely disappointing delivery and…
Extremely disappointing delivery and customer support experience
I ordered a vacuum chamber from VEVOR at the beginning of July. Unfortunately, the package was repeatedly returned to the sender between Poland and the Netherlands, without any clear explanation of what was happening.
I contacted VEVOR customer support many times, but the experience was extremely frustrating. Different agents provided contradictory information: one promised that a replacement shipment would be arranged, another informed me that a refund had been processed, and another simply said that the issue would be forwarded to the relevant team. However, nobody actually investigated the reason for the failed delivery.
The communication felt highly automated. I repeatedly provided the same information, but the agents did not appear to review the previous conversations or the details I had already shared. My case was never properly escalated to someone who could take ownership and resolve the problem.
I also contacted DPD directly. They confirmed that my delivery information was correct and explained that only the sender could investigate the shipment and resolve the issue with the delivery status. Despite this, the parcel continued moving back and forth between countries without any real investigation from VEVOR.
After weeks of communication, the situation is still unresolved. I have lost several weeks, experienced significant stress, and my plans were seriously disrupted because of this failure.
Shipping problems can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. In this case, I experienced a lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and no real effort to solve the problem.
I cannot recommend VEVOR based on this experience and hope the company significantly improves its customer support and case management.

Lack of support and information...
The costumer service is fast, responsive and polite but not always helpful. I bought a tool that demands a very small key to be used. They don't send spare ones and I lost mine when moving. They don't allow me to order a new key or send me the specifications of the key so I can arrange it myself. So Im left with no option but to buy a new tool again even though I have a perfectly functional one.
