Allround pleasant experience.

Notified us when the product that was not in stock was available. Helped my wife to place the order. The order arrived quickly. The product is good quality. Installation material came with the product. Packaging is good with a minimum of plastic used.

On basis of this experience I do recommend this store.

VEVOR testpump 50 BAR 726 PSI

I ordered a pump for pressurizing a solar hot water system.
The item was received well in time, in perfect condition, well packed.
The item was exactly the same as sold by for example the famous brand starting with 'R' and ending with 'othenberger' but for less than one third of the price of the latter one. They are most certainly made in the same factory.
The item did what it should do and did it perfectly. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Poor customer service when things go wrong

Don't bother with them, they use GLS for their delivery so you will be lucky if you receive your package and then Vevor don't bother helping. They have your money so what do they care. Really poor customer service and while they use GLS I will never order from them again.

inspection camera

Received my inspection camera within two days.
Price was very reasonable.
Allready used it several times and happy about it.
Clear view because of the high resolution.
Good value for money.

they sent me the wrong one

they sent me the wrong one. the item is what I need and when I ask for a refund, they always want me to send them photos. I sent them photos of all the labels and contents of the package 5 times and I still haven't received a refund or any information

Worst customer service i have ever dealt with.

Dear reader,

I came across Vevor when looking for a office chair. White Office chair with Vevor brandname. But in the advertisement the measurements given did not make sense. Like a feetrest 141Inches wide? Backrest different given measurements in pictures as in information tekst etc.

So i made the choice to contact customer support and see if i could get concrete measurements so i could make a informed decision.

Sadly this only made the measurement issue, more of a issue. They gave me many different measurements over the course of a week, on top of this, the measurements did not make a lick of sense. 12CM difference between the front/backside of the backrest for example, simply does not compute. Look at the chair and u know exactly what i mean.

Ok fine, so i asked if i order the chair, the measurements are way off once arrived, this would qualify as a quality issue and thus warrant a return? Right?
Well no, apparently even though measurements were discussed, if the product would be off by centimeters, this would be their right to do so. And thus not be warranted under the return policy.
This resulted in them closing my ticket even though the question at hand was still not answered.

All in all, im very happy i contacted customer service before i made a purchase here. So i learned ahead of time to have some healthy trust issues with Vevor.

Some prices are to good to be true though, so if u wanne take the gamble go for it. Just remember, it will be a gamble. And just dont expect much from the customer service.

Hoping that at the very least everyone reading this is aware of the risks.

Im happy to provide more information or even screenshots from the conversation with customer service.

Beware

I received a defect product (worth more than 200 euro). As a EU consumer, I am entitled to a free/repair or replacement. I was instead offered 50 euro for the "inconvenience". I did not receive any refund. Now I am 200 euro poorer and no product I can use. Never purchase from this website! They ship cheap, faulty goods from China. Their customer service and return policy is non existent.

Update: This is my order number 23110300994008072199. I am still waiting to receive a full refund for the damaged product. I will update this review as soon as I receive an actual solution, one I am entitled to by Dutch consumer law.

2nd Update: After negotiating, VEVOR finally decided to refund me fully. I had to send a consumentenbod lawyer letter + many emails, so much time wasted for a simple refund.

Dissapointing after sales service

Ordered a 5 in 1 heat press. Order came neatly packaged as expected and setup was easy enough.

The flat press work great (have not used the hat or plate press yet). The mugpress however started losing temperature when clamping after 20-ish cups and reaching out to client services has been a headache. I've sent videos showing the temp drop when clamping, explained how i've used different minimum and max temps with no resolution, showing how smoke/vapour comes off the press and the line on the press that scorches the cups and they keep going around in circles not addressing the faulty mugpress.

This is a disappointing experience to say the least and I don't have high hopes of this getting a satisfactory resolution any time soon at this rate as it has been ongoing since 3 November 2023.

Received different product no returns possible

I received a completely different product than what was advertised. Asked the company to replace it or get a return and they said it's the correct product, while it doesn't meet the description. Then don't cooperate with returns and don't give a damn of the customer. Also they asked me to leave a positive review in return of 25 euro coupon or refund! So if you read through all the positive reviews please remember this company bought each one of them for 25 euro!

I can't finish the installation

The roof rack is ok, but I still haven't fully assembled it. The instructions are ridiculous.
It's a poor quality A4 photocopy . And because of that, I can't finish it off. The tray is usable but I can't figure out how to put in on my roof
