SCAM WEBSITE

Another unhappy customers same story as others.we ordered Dyson hairdryer on 22 December and nothing has turned up. No responses to emails I called and the phone line dead, no money gone from account but I have cancelled my card from my account. if Vezoo is having problems this is not the right way to go about it by ignoring their customers. It would appear to be a scam website.

So so upset

So so upset. I ordered by Dyson Hairdryer to have not had it delivered; i received an order number too. Tried to call but line dead. Emailed them and no response. I ordered pre-New Years Eve; I hope no money has been taken from my account 😢

Same story as others

Same story as others. Ordered Dyson hairdryer nearly a week ago and paid extra for next day delivery and nothing has turned up. No responses to emails and no money gone from account but I have cancelled my card nonetheless as they have all my details and I don’t want anything to start disappearing from my account. If it looks too good to be true it probably is. Dyson hairdryer being sold in this website for £179.99 when is usually costs £299.99.

Thank you so much for the reviews, nearly ordered a hairdryer which was £120.00 cheaper than anywhere else!! You have saved me from a scam. Phew.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. It would appear to be a scam website to harvest your payment details! It all looks legitimate but they don't reply to phone calls, emails and you don't get any goods! Note: they also use the name Zoble (zoble.co.uk).

Vezoo waste of time and no customer service

What a waste of time time this company are. Do not bother to place an order as all you get is an email no goods are dispatched as promised. They do not reply to emails and the 24 hour customer service number is never available. I will be following up to see if this company actually exists as all it seems to do is collect credit card numbers. Really cross as xmas presents ordered that I now cannot get before Xmas as heard nothing from them.

Do not purchase from this website

Do not purchase from this website, you receive a confirmation but no order is sent, no payment is taken just after your card details, cancel your card immediately, if it is too good to be true then don’t get sucked in, they give an 0161 Manchester number ( which does not work) but when you look on companies house under the trading company Electronic Moon Ltd the address is registered in Sheffield, company only opened on 26/10/17

Does not seem legit

Ordered something then received no follow up, nothing was delivered. Phone line is not active and emailed not replied to. Bank says no payment made... possible card detail harvesting?? Avoid.

This is a scam site so do not order…

This is a scam site so do not order with them. They claim to be linked to Electronic Moon Limited but they are not. FRAUD. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They dont reply to emails or answer the phone as the number isnt even in use.
