Okay, where do I start Vfast are the most useless service providers I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They have left me for seven months with no Internet or extremely poor Internet they do not answer the phone to me. They never call me back like they say they’re going to I still to this day do not have Internet. They are an embarrassment they are cowards. They don’t even have the respect to call me and help me. I have been nothing but honest with them and told him all about my mental health. Please do not ever use V Fast Internet Provider. They are rubbish.

Our Wi-Fi was not working & although the router could be seen & had a strong signal, there was no internet connection. This had been an ongoing situation so I phoned the technical support line. However, the waiting time to get to speak to someone was in excess of 45 minutes, with no idea of where I was in the queue. The technician was very helpful & sorted the problem in less than 15 minutes but the long wait with no idea of how long I would have to wait made this a less pleasant experience than it could have been.

Initially we were unable to buy a voucher to purchase WiFi, this was sorted for us, but we were unable to access various Apps on all devices. Chris Bowden, Service Desk Technician was so helpful in sorting this out for us. He kept in touch by email and phone until it was sorted - thanks very much Chris.

Sorry to say but in one week time your router signals went off several times due to which I had to call your technical support team to fix it this bring lot of disturbance for my kids as they were getting ready for exams and due to no internet signals they couldn't do lot of preparation I'm thinking to leave it if this disturbance will continue in next few days sorry to say but I have to find alternative services

Service is so intermittent, keeps dropping in and out. Almost impossible to work with this service. Possibly the worst system I’ve ever used.

The signal never stayed ON!! Then on the weekend no body to help you . Also the tv would go off after 10pm …. Why ?
