Really bad Customer service bought item by mistake says I can request a refund but denies the request even tho item as not been used very unhelpful avoid 100%.

Deceptive marketing
Deceptive marketing. When you do a search for a course it is show along side a membership sign up button. If a course is not available or is a part of a different membership in the site this should be disclosed before someone signs up. A sign up button should not be listed beside a course search giving someone the impression the course is available when it is not!
I did a search for the course I was looking for on your site. Your site displays the course and beside it is a signup button. If this is not available or a different program you should NOT set up your website like this. Or at least let a customer know this program is not available. Search any course on your site and is the same thing. It shows up with a sign up button beside it. NOT Notifying the payment customer they are not purchasing what they did the actual search for.
See for yourself. This is what I searched for and what shows up on your site. go to their site and do a search for Tony Robbins.
WHY IS THERE A JOIN VIP BUTTON BESIDE THE COURSE I SEARCHED. I PURCHASED THEN YOU TELL ME I DID NOT PURCHASE THIS BUT SENT ME SOMETHING NOT RELATED TO WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING. VERY WRONG!!!!!
