Scammed out of my money
I placed an order in the first week of October and was charged for the product + shipping. That money has come out of my bank account but I am now being told that it was never received, and the customer support phone number listed for the UK will not go through (instead you get a "this number is not currently active".
Customer support chat has been unhelpful, and will not answer my questions, instead claiming "it is probably an issue with your pre-authorisation". Seems like a scam to me—am reporting and disputing with my card company.

Not UK based, India based site, higher prices than genuine UK sites
Despite claims made on the site, this not a UK company. There are no registered UK branches, this detail has been taken from a legitimate UK website.
A sure fire way of seeing that this is an Indian company, trading from India, is clicking on some of the medication on offer, e.g. Propecia. Propecia requires a prescription in the UK, their web page claims it doesn't. It then shows 10-21 days delivery time by airmail, which is what you'll need when it comes from India.
Don't be fooled by this company, you can get the same medication from genuine UK online pharmacies for less than they charge after you add the postage from India to the cost
