Case in Wiesbaden, Germany.
In the 10th month of my car insurance contract, they unreasonably increased my contract. We agreed for an amount of the coverage and after 10 months they changed their mind and now asked for more as the contract goes to its end..... NEVER EVER even think about VHV!!!!

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, took 2 weeks to reply after several reminders on a new offer for my car. I have never used the insurance except replacing the glass once which is anyways Teilkasko and they still offered a price higher than Check24. Rather go to another company.

Car insurance not recommended
Car insurance not recommended. They don't answer any emails, and the telephone service is very bad.
I signed up for insurance with them and shortly after they cancelled the insurance without my consent. Then they demanded payment for the insurance when they had cancelled it themselves! I try to contact them to solve the problem but it is impossible.

Somebody with VHV Versicherung damaged my car in June 2021. My car could be repaired only in Dec.2021 and now in Feb.2022 the case is still not closed, I still get letters with stupid questions from this company.
A firm like this should just be banned on the market.

They are just scams
They are just scams. One of my friend has this liability insurance. My phone is damaged while falling down from my friend's hand. He claimed for the damage coverage to the insurance, they reimburse almost nothing, my friend had to fix my phone with his own money. You will end up with a double payment if you choose this insurance. Absolutely no go!!!
