The pickup process is good if the pickup location is a short distance away or in a location to stop by while on other errands, etc. This location is good for me.

My first time using this service. It was easy and worked perfectly for me.

Splash always, as a matter of course, delivers to a business location. I have always chosen a FedEx outlet located on Wilson Mills Road. The staff there is efficient, courteous, and professional. I could not request a better way to receive cases (plus in some instances) to receive my shipments.

I picked delivery option to Walgreens instead of my house since it is a greener choice, less driving, less chance of theft.

I had my order delivered to a nearby UPS store. I live in a development where the houses are very close to the street (sidewalk is 10 feet from the front door). And I am not always home, so having it delivered to a UPS store ensures a secure delivery that I can pick up at my convenience.

When I picked up the delivery, two different store employees said that the box was over the weight limit and they will refuse future deliveries.

Walgreens is a couple miles from me so once I knew the delivery was made, I made a list of items to pick up while there. Its convenient for me. Therefore I have no recommendations for improving what doesn't need any. Thank you again to Albert who helped me when ordering the wine.

I just showed up at FedEx, showed my receipt and was out of there in 3 minutes. As I live only 3 blocks away, pickup at FedEx is the best and cheapest way for me,

I do not understand the reason why your good company requires me to pay for my signature if package is delivered to my home address. Picking order up in FedEx is not convenient, but - read the first sentence.

I was out of town for the scheduled delivery, but FedEx and Splash Wine accommodated delivery of my shipment at my convenience. FedEx holds the shipment till I come back. The associates were very courteous.

I opted for delivery to a nearby Walgreens as penguin said it would arrive faster. The order was split which I did not know. It arrived no faster and it will now take another trip to get the second half when it arrives. I would never chose the option again. When I did get the first half, I could not find anyone to help me at Walgreens. I am not sure why they make it seem as if it would be faster.

It was easy, I show my license and I pick up my wine. Took 5 minutes.

It is nice to have items that require someone to be home for a signature delivered to a pick up location like Walgreens.. they keep your package secure until you are able to come and get it instead of getting shipped back because no one is home.
