I'm rarely able to log in successfully…

I'm rarely able to log in successfully -- and I'm logging into other sites all day with no issues. I successfully reset password using both email AND text verification codes, then try to log in. The system asks me to sign up. So frustrating. And only M-F support. Sad.

Crooks!

Thief's! Chevron was sending money for premium reimbursements to my dad which were paid out monthly--then they suddenly stopped and still took the money from Chevron but did not send out the monthly check. Customer service is horrible as they don't care, then said we can't get our money as the account was closed after we sent proper paperwork in--we just got crickets. Taking advantage of the elderly as it's easy for them to pick their pockets

INCOMPETENT, HORRIBLE & RUDE!!

Customer Service is the WORST!! First, you cannot get them to pay if your life depended on it and then you cancel your policy because of horrible service, then they send you a bill for almost $1000 and will give no explanation, saying they paid AFTER your policy was canceled. How is that MY FAULT? INCOMPETENT, HORRIBLE, AND VERY RUDE!!!

Bad Community Neighbor

I live nearby and am a nearing 60 year old executive that likes to get early morning or late evening walks in for fitness. I live a block away from this location. I typically walk two laps around their parking lot. I always see people walking their dogs through that lot, cutting through to walk to Walmart, exercising like I do, etc.

Tonight, I walked a lap and a half and decided to do another 1/2 loop. Apparently, a security guard walked someone to their car and then saw me. He loudly confronted me that I was trespassing, walking on their property was illegal and signs were posted to that effect. He was aggressive and confrontational. I immediately left. I looked at all the signs and nothing mentioned walking specifically.

For a company that specializes in helping seniors and people looking to improve their health this is not a very empathetic approach. Additionally, as a responsible community member this seems very aggressive and short sighted.

I request the following:
a) counseling for the security and management teams (especially the individual working 4/11/23 @ 8:30pm) to be more empathetic and respectful of the community they are in.
b) a published change in company policy to ensure this does not happen again
c) a donation to a charity of your choosing that provides support for community engagement and activities.

I expect a response from a C Suite executive confirming that this has been addressed.

FYI: I logged this same complaint with the Better Business Bureau

Via Benefits has such bad service that…

Via Benefits has such bad service that I have contacted the BBB twice and as of today written a letter to the governor of Utah to please look into this company in his state. I’ve had nothing but trouble getting reimbursements. And I’m not the only one,,,, please read Via Benefits reviews and complaints to see the extent of this company’s bad business dealings.

Fraud company

They forfeited my FSA instead of rolling it over just because I chose a different health insurance plan. Yet before it was forfeited, they sent me an email saying the balance below $570 will be rolled over. I would have otherwise used the funds. They are one blood-sucking fraud company

I agree with everyone on this complaint…

I agree with everyone on this complaint website. We are retirees from Marathon petroleum. We get reimbursed for our Medicare part B premiums. I have still not received ours and they said it’s gonna be Friday before it can be released.

That’s good for them. Our money doesn’t go in our bank accounts till the next Monday or Tuesday. They get to hold that interest a little longer. Each month is it on a different day. In January I got my reimbursement on the fourth. Why is this happening????

And cannot get a corporate phone line or person to complain to. I’m very very frustrated. Awful company.

Their website and ap are the worst

Their website and ap are the worst. Via benefits for opers customers are retirees and both the web site and app are not user-friendly. I personally had to go in and uninstall and reinstall a few times and each time my they gave me codes by the end of going on their app and website I had a total of eight codes and one email code they need to hire web designers that should be easier for senior citizens and elderly to use

Why does this company hang up on its…

Why does this company hang up on its customers? I'm calling during business hours and am told my estimated wait time is 1 second. The phone rings twice and then goes dead . I get three beeps and then the call is disconnected. How can anyone work for this awful company. Do you take pride in your work? Via Benefits is the FTX of benefit providers.

This company is big scam !

This company is big scam !
I used Via Benefits through my employer (Tailored Brands) for a couple of years solely for commuting expenses until December 31st of 2022 when my employer decided to end the contract due to lack of (customer) service and mistreating plan members.
After the end of contract $421.00 of unused funds was left on my TRA account. I made several attempts to get reimbursed but couldn't do it. I have also contacted Via Benefits call center to obtain (technical) support in order to resolve the issue. Every time when I contacted Via Benefits they gave me a run around finding some nonsense reasons not to get reimbursed and to steal my money. I am giving them another four days, until february 1st of 2023 to resolve this issue. Otherwise I fill file a lawsuit in Queens county in order to get reimbursed.

Do not expect your reimbursements from a heartless company

Several years ago Coca-Cola made the decision to hire Via Benefits to handle the reimbursements of Medigap premiums for qualified retirees. It has been a nightmare getting reimbursed since they made that decision. I retired in 2016 and the Coca-Cola Here team used to handle this responsibility. Last year, Via just stopped reimbursing me and said I didn’t qualify for reimbursements, it took over a month to resolve that. Now, January 2023, I requested reimbursement for the first three months of the year, submitted all paperwork correctly and instead of paying me the full amount ($504), they send me $168. So I show I paid $504 in premiums and they hold $336 of it. I call, try to tell me I submitted wrong, which I didn’t, I have done it exactly the same way before and received full reimbursement. They lie, switch you to different people AND don’t call you back. Some of us, retirees, need their reimbursements to help pay other expenses, this company does not care. If they make a mistake, it is always the customer that suffers not them. Do not do business with this company.

VIA Benefits will not pay.

I retired from Ford over twenty years ago. Ford used to have Wage Works process our HRA account. They did a great job. Now Ford has VIA benefits. They are the worst company to deal with. My wife has been trying for over four weeks now to get her claim paid. When you call, nobody can help you and they transfer you around. I have contacted Ford. No response.

This is hands down the very worst…

This is hands down the very worst company I have ever dealt with. Worse even than Comcast and that is saying something. I was having trouble navigating their web site. I tried "Chat" and that didn't help but I did extract an actual phone number from her. 844-287-9945. Save that. The human I was finally connected with tried helping me. After much frustration she asked what browser I was using. Safari. Oh no sir you have to use Google Chrome. Just absolutely amazing.

Delayed Service

Ford Motor Company had been using Wage Works for Benefits. My first call didn't go through. I called on another line and it went through the second time. I need a claim form, and with most companies, you can download a form. Not with Via Benefits. They cannot email me a form, but it has to go out by U.S. mail. I was told I should receive the form in 10 days. You have to be kidding. That is totally ridiculous.

Still waiting for reimbursement of my…

Still waiting for reimbursement of my health care premium. I submitted it earlier than I did last year and it appears that they have now extended the time frame for approval from 10 BUSINESS DAYS to 14 BUSINESS DAYS. The only thing that changed was the amount. Pretty ridiculous. The funding CSR was unsympathetic. This is there busy time and they have 14 BUSINESS DAYS to approve it. So sorry, so sad, you lose!

VIA was picked by 3M for the…

VIA was picked by 3M for the reimbursement of my paid Premiums and Prescription drugs. This company is the land of misfits. Oh I forgot lies seem to be their strong point. I am 100% disabled due to catching SAR1 from 3M employees from China. I outsourced for 3M for 10 years of the 24 years I was with them. I now have Brain Cancer from the Graphene Oxide used by 3M. They will almost always say they are missing a date of service. The last time I submitted a reimbursement that had all the information in one package. The changer my payment and split out the reimbursement. The dental agreement paid in full form my CareCredit totaling $5772. Was split and they separated the documents during the split. The funniest thing is the had the correct dates on the reentry of the documents. This company will not make it once I sue them for my $55,000 in my account and a few million to wake up the owners.

Worst Ever for HRA Administration

Via Benefits administers the HRA for my former employer Northrop Grumman and other corporations. If you have any sway with your benefits people, have them RUN AWAY from VIa Benefits as fast and far as they can. They have non-existent customer service for any problem that is not amenable to an automated (or read off a script) response. Dealing with them if you have a reimbursement problem is so frustrating your blood pressure will go through the roof. I say this with years of having to deal with them.
Awful. Stay Away!
