We have been using Will at Viable Design now for a number of years. We heard about him after a disastrous web design and cost from another and Will started us from scratch again. We go to him with all our computer and tech needs and anything to do with our website. He also can do design and printing which is a service we are looking into in the future.

I am currently in dispute over website work that i have paid for in full. previous work, I have chosen to walk away i am not in any contract, I have been blocked access to my own website making it impossible to move my website hosting or get customer details and this is hampering my business now big time. contact forms don't work and I cant even log in now, sour grapes and all but a controlling action to block me and send me an email saying end of April my hosting expires and block me from access to my own website is appalling I will be onto trading standards first thing in the morning AVOID This company like the plague.

Wel, when you get such a personal service, and your able to work alongside on zoom, it was like I was able to and assist with the design you almost feel like your doing it yourself, limiting alterations and reducing time, getting design work perfect every time. Not always possible but when you want to be closely involved I found this for me was a special touch. Much appreciated for your last piece or design work. Kind regards Steve

I was recommended to Will (Viable Design) and boy am I glad I was!!
From the outset he was very professional and friendly. No push sales pitches, not harrasing us, while we made our decision! He got our ideas and we left him to it. We where updated with emails and through an online portal! After he designed it,he discussed with us things we wanted to change, which he did, quickly! Letting us know as he changed things, so we could look and check we liked it! Thats not all either he has given us great advice on how to get our site out there! Will, will never forget me, the amount of calls and messages I have sent him daily for advice or because I had done something I shouldn't! But he always answered! (Probably thinking not Matty again! Haha) It wasn't just a website he built, it was a full package, site build/design and business advice, when ever you need him! Thank you again Will! Couldnt have done it with out you!!

Start from the point that we are not "techie" and we had been very badly let down by our previous web-site developer and hosting company and we needed someone to get us out of the mire very quickly.
Viable Design stepped in and got us up and visible to our customers within 12 hours.
Still cant work out how, Will saved our business at our busiest time of year and has been nothing but a massive support since.
A true master of his art, who goes above and beyond to support his clients.
