On time, on budget and great communication
Gary and Jack have been great throughout our new house build. They helped us plan the plumbing and renewables, including 3 bathrooms, kitchen, utility, bar, outside water supply, rainwater harvester and air source heat pump. They were organised and on time at every stage first, second fix and completion and communicated any changes to plans in advance so nothing was delayed. They helped us claim the government grant for our air source heat pump, spent time showing us how to use the system including discussing with our electrician how to integrate things into our smart home and troubleshooteed final snagging bits. And they didn't go over on cost from their original quote.
We cannot thank them enough, they are trustworthy, work incredibly hard, good fun and their communication is excellent. We will use them for our plumbing servicing going forwards and if any issues arise.

Have been using Gary and the team for the last couple of years on some sizable projects. They are very punctual, clean and experienced in or aspects of their trade. And it's not just when your job's done the after service is very good.
