We had a very unpleasant experience with this car rental company. The man who handled our reservation was impatient, rude, and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the experience was just as unpleasant during the drop-off, where he was again unhelpful and disrespectful. We expected a much more professional and courteous service. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza molto negativa con questa compagnia di autonoleggio. L’uomo che si è occupato della nostra prenotazione è stato impaziente, scortese e poco professionale. Purtroppo, anche al momento della riconsegna dell’auto il suo comportamento è stato altrettanto sgradevole e poco rispettoso. Ci aspettavamo un servizio molto più professionale e cortese. In base alla nostra esperienza, non ci sentiamo di raccomandare questa compagnia.

Very good service and great vehicle. Have rented their Kia Sportage twice. The car is clean, check-in and check-out process is very smooth. Recommend this rental firm!

Better avoid this company. They are completely dishonest!
The pickup time was 21:00.
I was outside the airport at 20:50 and called them at 20:55.
They said they would send someone.
At 21:20 we and other customers were still waiting outside the airport. They were very late.
They gave us the car in the dark. I asked for photos of the car condition to be sent to me. They said they don't have photos, advising that in the morning we may take (if we want) pictures. The next morning I took pictures of some of the scratches that I could find. When I returned the car, they found a scratch that I did not have photo of, and charged me. They insisted that I am to be held responsible of the photos, not them. I showed them 7-8 photos of other scratches found, but they didnt care, as long as they could find an additional scratch that I had no picture of. They charged me 163.99 EUR for a scratch I didn't do.

Offsite location obviously not as convenient as rental companies at the airport itself, but prices were very reasonable (January 2026), car was new and staff were efficient and helpful. Would definitely use again.
