Definitely recommended and good service... just disappointed because we reserved a Fiat 500, even paid extra for 'ELITE' and in the end there is no Fiat 500 in their offer, only Fiat Panda... and that... See more

Unprofessional amount of time to wait
Why is it deemed acceptable to have an empty office at the time you are due to pick up your car and the staff on the end of the phone think it is acceptable that they come 30 minutes later to check you out, because they are "washing cars"?Does this seem professional to you?

Great customer service.
The rental experience was great, we were given a small car, but it didn´t have windshield wiper fluid, I went to fill it up and found that the engine oil cap was missing, checked the levels and reported inmediately, they organized a replacement car (upgrade) without any issue.
Very happy.

Horrible experience.
Horrible experience.
1. The car wasnt ready on time, had to wait for a whole hour.
2. Rented a Fiat Tipo Aegea with large trunk and they gave us a small Renault Clio - saying "it's the same"
3. The car has very weak engine, problems overtaking even small lorries, definitely the cheapest they could buy.
Don't rent cars through this agency!

Definitely recommended, but unfortunately no Fiat 500 available :)
Definitely recommended and good service... just disappointed because we reserved a Fiat 500, even paid extra for 'ELITE' and in the end there is no Fiat 500 in their offer, only Fiat Panda... and that for a rental company in Italy ;). .. we opted for a Skoda, completely new size and of course we had to pay €48 extra. Ultimately a very comfortable car and yet overall very satisfied with the service. will definitely book a car with them again next time, and now we know that Fiat 500 is not available... :)

They must fix the petrol tank/guage
We filled the car full of petrol before returning it.You could not get any more in the tank.We were still charged for filling it with petrol. We showed all the mileage we had covered and other evidence ,but it was still not enough for the agency.Suggest that this is the way that they make their money.Make sure if you ever choose to use them.Make a video of the whole outside and inside of the car and the mileage and fuel levels Will consider whether I will ever use them again after this very poor experience.
