All fake tickets here

All fake tickets here. Don't even bother buying anything. My daughter and her friend mistakenly thought this is a official site to buy a Cricket match ticket at Mt Eden and poor girls denied entry at the venue saying the tickets are scam.

I bought 4 tickets to the pink Floyd…

I bought 4 tickets to the pink Floyd experience a few weeks before the concert. I didn’t ever receive tickets / made 2 phone calls to customer service. Still no tickets. Finally on the day of the concert with 4 hours to go til the concert they advised me they didn’t have tickets and couldn’t replace them. The only upside is that I got a full refund. This was supposed to be my birthday present I will never use this company again

Total rip off

Total rip off. They misrepresent themselves to appear as if they are an official site but are a reseller of tickets, most of which are from scalpers. Currently being prosecuted by the Commerce Commission. Unfortunately I got caught by them - don't be like me :/

Absolute rip off on ticket pricing

Absolute rip off on ticket pricing
They take 150% on what you pay and send you a ticket with the true price
Ie they charge $ 271.00 and the Ticketek ticket sent has on it $ 101.00
If you can, go directly to ticketek
Be aware of the way Viagogo links to event web sites and Ticketek as they present as preferred seller of tickets
They are not..

This company should be banned from…

BAN THIS COMPANY FROM NZ
This company should be banned from selling in NZ.
There are no consumer rights. What happened to the Consumer Guarantees act!
No refunds of any sort, even if an event was postponed 6 months due to covid!!!
I was happy to attend a concert, now 6 months later I don't even live in the same city and have no wayof travelling to the town on the new date.

They have the top search results on…

They have the top search results on google but don’t be fooled. These guys a scam artists. Was checking Kendrick Lamar tickets. Ticketmaster was charging $199 per person, Viagogo was charging a whopping $349 for the same tickets. They prey on the ignorant and should be avoided at all costs.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE of using this…

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE of using this “company”. Without really thinking I bought a ticket for my wife for an event in Auckland, New Zealand. The base value, before fees, was NZ$93. I was sent a ticket valued at NZ$60.38. It was right at the back of the stalls. I contacted them on several occasions and received crap replies. If they will rip off a pensioner you stand no chance. I hesitate to use the term crook (you can make up your own mind from the many reviews, which I should have read) but they give all the appearance of a company that likes to make “excessive profit”. KEEP WELL CLEAR OF VIAGOGO.

Duplicate Tickets sold by the company

Duplicate Tickets sold by the company. I purchased tickets for the Blues Vs Highlanders happened on 27th July at Eden Park. The company gave me ticket which I downloaded and printed. When I reached the venue I got to know that the ticket I purchased was already used and someone was already in. I informed about this thing to viagogo through email and they said that they will look into the matter. I waited for a week and then emailed them again and this time they said an agent will get back to me. But I received an email today saying that my account is blocked and I will not be compensated for the wrong tickets. I request you guys please do not spend a single money on this platform as these are vultures. Save your hard earned money. I will take this thing to consumer court if they won't accept their mistake.

Viagogo- Greedy, Heartless, Scammers!

Viagogo - Sly, Heartless and Greedy
I bought 2 tickets to see Ozzy Osbourne, with special guest star Judas Priest. I don't really care for Judas Priest, but was happy to pay the higher price asked to see Ozzy. Ozzy cancelled due to health reasons, and just like that, this bull**** company, Viagogo, the biggest scammers out, made out a ticket form that I was going to see Judas Priest for the same amount. It looked like I bought this ticket from the moment go. I sent them a few emails to let them know that I bought the ticket to see Ozzy. Their response? Basically tough luck, you know our policy, go and see Judas Priest or sell the tickets which still features Ozzy's name at a concert that doesn't exist! The tickets are of course in the seller's name, so I might not even get in, even if by some chance I decide to go to a concert that I did not want to see. I don't hold Viagogo responsible for the higher prices, I was aware what I was paying to see Ozzy, but I honestly think that they are cruel and vindictive in their customer relations to make me go and watch artists that I have no interest in, just so that I don't throw away $499 AU.
They don't even deserve one little dot of this 1 star rating!

Just terrible

Just terrible. Watch hidden fees And charging in a different currency. I was charged a $170 for $95 ticket. No one returns calls to question this. No wonder they are being prosecuted by the commerce commission.

Viagogo is not a trustful company

Viagogo is not a trustful company. The prices are too over the top and you have no way of contacting them on the phone, only email so if there is a problem they won't reply. Upon buying my tickets for Bruno Mars. The prices changed in the checkout from what it recently advertised. After confirming your order, they send a follow up email about needing photo ID and passport "validation" which is pretty ridiculous since no other real company does this. Also they put fake tickets up that they don't even have during concert sale times so they can scam the people that wanted to buy tickets for a concert. Just stick to the verified sites like ticket master, save yourself with the stress. The only way I didn't get scammed is because in the passport stage, I didn't send them anything so that les to them cancelling my order and I got my money back. Overall it's a really dodgy site.
