I’ve ordered from Viah Waale so many times! Their customer service, quick dispatches and product quality is always 10/10. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone!

Bad and rude customer service. I ordered items for my wedding day. The worker/owner kept refusing to deliver the items to me and instead wanted to deliver it to my house. Although I refused due to legal practices and didn’t feel safe for a stranger to come to my house, they still turned up in my area but couldn’t find the house. I told them to deliver the items to me. After being arsey about it, it took them over 3 weeks to send the items. I think after them being bitter about my request, they didn’t send the items. However lied that they did and that it was received by “a lady”. I contacted the courier who even backed me and said we cannot really say it was delivered with no signature it photo of the door. This company started sending me abuse via email (which I have all copied to provide) and false photos of a delivery. They refused my refund for goods I hadn’t received. They accused me of wanting free things. Like ok really?! I’ve paid over 30k for a wedding but wanted £80 worth of goods for free!! Stupid people. Highly recommend not purchasing from this company as they are liars and frauds. They treated me like during a very difficult time in my life whilst dealing with a family member passing away and then stress is a wedding. Horrible disgusting company and people!!

Great quick service

The product was beautiful and quick delivery.

I ordered the Valvet wedding set and ombré Bindi books, was very happy when I received my delivery. I was very impressed with the packaging and the Bindi book are amazing.
The wedding valvet set is stunning very happy I ordered from here would recommend everyone to order from here
