Cobro indebido por parte de la rentadora

Siempre me ha ido bien con viajemos, sin embargo el 10 de febrero retire una van que en la página de Uds SALUA como que estaban todos los seguros incluidos y al retirarla en avis me dijeron que viajemos estaba mal informado y me cobraron seguro del carro
