Had buyers remorse but COMPLETELY AMAZED ME.

**FINAL UPDATE!!! 6/17/21**
Ok So I have to take every BAD thing I said about them back. SUPER AMAZING COMPANY. Not only did they fix my issues they tracked AMD stayed on top of my order for shipping to delivery. I will definitely order again.

Having buyers remorse 6/4/21
Purchased a few items and when doing so I tried to create a account to insure I would be able to track my order WELL it wouldn’t let me until after I purchased. ( while trying to purchase with my bank card I immediately received a alert from my bank saying they would not approve this overseas company purchase I should have taken that as a sign ) So I try to register and it says o already have a account, which is odd because I never entered a password. So I went to the dog in page and click forget password it prompts me to check my email well hours later of waiting and nothing no email. I really pray that I wasn’t just a scammed.
Update- 6/6/21 not even a few hours after I posted this I got a response but I they haven’t addressed anything in regards to why I actually needed to get access to my account. I wanted to login right away because I needed to change the product I ordered and it says on their site if you don’t submit a email before the payment process no changes can be made. So let’s aee if they actually make the change before my item ships out. I will keep you posted.

SO FAR, SO GOOD!!

I’ve read all the reviews. A lot of them are negative and just about all of them are the same issue. I ordered my product on May 28th. I then read the reviews. I did not even think to check before I ordered. So I sent an email to ask about the shipping date, received a reply not too long after. I looked today and I have a tracking number. I put it in the ups tracking slot and it says label created. So far so good. I’ll keep you updated. 🤞🏻

I love this company

I love this company! I’ll admit was I was a little nervous at first but I am sooooo happy I found them. I just got my second order the other day and I love the product. Very high quality, great prices, and my results are amazing. I didn’t get a tracking number for my most recent package but that is because it got shipped to me INSANELY FAST. I waited the 3 business days to inquire and by the time I got home the package was on my front step. Their customer service is great, they get back to you quick and you can tell they care about their customers. I cannot say enough good things. Place your orders!! You won’t be sorry!

I purchased a few hundred in product

I purchased a few hundred in product. Received I have secure and private mail. The product was not in the package. My money is gone I will not order there anymore. The order number below is either my first order or second. The first one came second empty box. Pissed!There are now companies now open again selling product reordered from them don’t get anything from them I want my product or my money these type of self care items are not cheap I am very upset I have heard other complaints they lost a great customer !!!

Shipping/Tracking Confirmation???

I placed an order (Confirmation order No. 2105/4129), that totaled several hundreds of dollars mind you, through the Viana Care website on 5/24/21. Shortly there after, I received a confirmation email from them including the items I purchased along with the order #, order total, etc. I have not received anything regarding my tracking/shipping information, however. The order confirmation email said that I should contact support if I did not receive a shipping/tracking confirmation within 72 hours. I emailed yesterday and twice this morning and have yet to hear anything back from anyone...I have also checked my email spam folder several times over the past 4-5 days, and nothing has shown up there either. I tried signing up for an account on the Viana Care website to see if I could get any information that way but I got an error message saying that there was already an account setup with the email I entered. I don’t know how that happened because I never set it up or entered a password. So how am I supposed to get an update at this point? I’m really starting to get nervous that this is a scam and I spent a lot on their site. You would like they would want to make a good first impression being that I was a new customer....

Still trying to get into my account

Still trying to get into my account. They sent a tracking number as my email in one reset and wrong email in another. Still no access to my account. Still no phone support. Can’t track items. Been 2 weeks. If they ever get it right I’ll update on product if it comes.they asked for honest review.

First time order from Viana Care. I recieved my package in 9 day which isn't bad from overseas. They are in a different time zone so you have to remember that when trying to email them. I always went on their site at like 8 or 9 pm eastern time and there is a chat option. Had no problem getting a response. Very friendly will definitely be ordering again.

FULL REVIEW!!

I bought from 4 of these overseas companies to test many things........ no company had any knowledge that I was reviewing them.

SHIPPING: The 1st time was outrageously long, Customer service literally tried to tell me it was on a plane for 12 days to the USA, altogether took 15 days to deliver so if ur buying tox (an I did), that's something to keep in mind. The 2nd time while aware of my review shipped next day and it arrived within the week. I know VC has had many shipping concerns and are now only shipping to the USA. I've heard many complaints from fellow youtubers, customers an even in this sites review section.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: The 1st time besides trying to BS me about shipping they took a week to respond, friendly yes but they take forever to reply. Im not sure if VC is short staffed but they take much longer then other comparable companies. The 2nd time was much faster but its normal to wait a week for a response. In comparison Acecoms and Glamderma respond within hours.

PRODUCT/PRICES: Vianacare is much higher priced then other vendors and im not sure why. Simple mono threads are $9 more expensive over other vendors, Curenex is $30 more expensive an yes VC includes 1 meso needle with it but doesn't justify the price jump, not to mention you need more then 1 needle an will have to buy more anyway so it makes no sense and is more marketing hussle to make you believe you're getting a deal, their Hyaron meso is $150 while others sell it for under $90 and yes VC includes a $10 numbing cream but again doesn't justify a $60 price jump. I've not had an issue with most products from VC except for their mono threads, its not abnormal to find threads that are longer (past the needle) meaning if u don't notice before inserting then after inserting you would have to cut the ends that are hanging out of the skin as if they were cog threads. This happen twice with VC threads but I didn't mind, someone who has never done cogs before may find this alarming.

COMPANY: They have since changed leadership and have forced many youtubers into signing exclusivity agreements which means any youtuber saying ONLY amazing things about VC have been paid to an is under contract so take it with a grain of salt.

CONCLUSION: Prices are higher at Vianacare but ur able to pay directly through their site unlike some other vendors, their shipping is higher but if u buy over $300 its free, shipping takes longer then other companies, customer service doesn't respond for a long time but they are friendly, effective and willing to help. The prices are the part that I cant get over as I couldn't find one item that was better priced, even their on sale items are still higher then other vendors regular priced items. VianaCare does have a youtube channel where they show people using products which is nice however those are paid promotions. Products are not bad.............if you don't care about anything else.

UPDATE!!:
Yann (A vianacare rep who responds to reviews) first tried to offer me discounts to remove my review an later a content partnership, I declined! After she contacted trustpilot an flagged my review claiming I wasn't a real customer even though she knew that wasn't true, I assume she was hoping I wouldn't respond to trustpilots email asking for verification, I sent screenshots of my orders, tracking, my vianacare account as well as emails with Yann. I appreciate that trustpilot reached out to confirm my honest review which I stand by.

Love this company

Viana Care is one of my top favorite companies to order from. I've ordered from them many times, and I will continue to do so in the future because I trust them. Costumer service is incredible. They were highly professional and attentive the few times I've reached out to them. You can tell that they actually care about their customers.
