Holy grail of beauty supplies.
I had a bit of a communication error, however Yann the manager took charge and I really appreciate that. Products overall are good value and 100% safe I’m so glad I found them through YouTube, Also quality is a exceptional. I have used their filler and Botox.
My delivery took more time as compared to 5 days the last time, however I didn’t have to pay Import tax so That was a bonus.
Can’t wait for my next order :)

Happy with the company

I placed my 1st order on a Sunday and received it on that Wednesday! Wow, that’s Amazing as I live in the USA. DHL delivered. Product and price are outstanding. I placed a 2nd order last Sunday. When I got no shipping email I checked the site. Shows a UPS ground tracking #. I sent an email to let them know. I received a reply from Yann and he let me know they use different shipping companies. So no worries, it’s scheduled for delivery tomorrow, Wednesday! I don’t know how they do it! I love this company, they have great customer service, quick shipping and awesome products! Thank you❤️

I’m excited to try Viana care! However every time I go to check my tracking number the site it takes me too says they don’t recognize the order number. I hope it does come in within the 3-4 days like people say it does, but I will leave review with an update! Hopefully it actually arrives, I’m so excited!
Update!!! Everything arrived on time and was beautifully packaged. When I asked about my shipping they directed me on how to track my package and it arrived today! I ordered Sunday and I thought I wouldn’t get my package till Wednesday because I ordered during the weekend but it got here within the 3 days still! Great customer service! So excited!!!

Poor communication
Definitely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from a company, my order was placed December 29th my tracking number is #2012/4043
I got no confirmation email when I go to track my package it tells me the label has been created but nothing has shipped. I have reached out six times to customer service, with one response two weeks later telling me that I cant track my package because they have a new logistics provider that is not fully automated yet. the communication sucks and it is very hard to get in touch with anyone it makes someone who is a new customer trusting Viana care feel like they are getting scammed.
