I have purchased viasox in the past and have been happy with them. I purchasedthe 5 pair special ankle socks and i am very disappointed. they keep slipping off even when i wear them with good shoes and just feet. I thought i was getting compression ankle sox as i have in the past which have stood up all the time. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to getting back to me and resolving my issue. Super customer service support. Back to being a very happy customer. Ankle compression Sox are the best.

Initially pleased with product, however after wearing less than 5/6 times several pairs developed large gapping holes at the heal.
Customer service implies it was my fault through faulty shoes, insoles, sharp toenails or sizing. (No accountability for poor quality)
3 pairs of 10 were affected and customer service offered me 1 replacement pair.....no thanks.

My own stupidity for not reading the reviews before purchasing. Do NOT buy these garbage. There's absolutely no compression in them. Designs are nice though. Waste of your money. There's no refund or exchange either. So disappointed in their product. All the 5 star reviews on their website are fake and repetitive. Read their 1 star reviews which are more indicative of their actual product.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Viasock. I purchased their ankle compression socks expecting support and compression, but they didn’t compress at all. They felt just like regular loose socks and provided none of the stability or pressure that was advertised.
The material also feels low quality for the price, and overall the product did not perform as promised. To make matters worse, the return and refund process was very frustrating. I was only offered a partial refund excluding shipping, which meant losing more than half of what I originally spent.
Between the lack of actual compression and the poor customer service, I would not recommend Viasock. To the people who have purchased from this company and had difficulties with this company and were dissatisfied with their product and customer service should dispute their purchase with their charge card companies.

In response your reply. I have tried to reach out to your company and they have not satisfied my disappointment. They offered me a 50% discount but I would still be out $33. I told them I would not accept that because I thought I was entitled to the full refund and I would work it out with my bank if they wouldn’t work with me. They agreed to work it out with my bank but they were not giving me the full refund. I think you guys should read your average reviews they are a 3.0 do to customer service, quality of product and no refund. You guys are certainly not a BOMBAs. Their customer service is right on and product is excellent.

Love the ankle compression socks, wear them all the time. Especially after breaking my right ankle in3 places.

I bought ankle compression socks they feel great buttt if you have swollen ankles and legs they cut around the ankle they DO NOT help .they show ppl with normal ankles wearing them show a swollen ankles with socks on .I tried m/l I even ordered l/xl did same .think lies that it helps swollen ankles.sorry

I'm obsessed with socks. As I'm getting older, my sock needs have changed. I purchased my first 6 pairs ever from Viasox. Cute patterns however very disappointed in the compression and the sock stretches out.

Ordered the socks size going by their "chart". Socks are very tight, more than they should be, and barely come to my knees. Ads on TV and their web site show socks so easy to get on, but they are not. Bought 10 pair, wish I hadn't.
Won't order any more.

I purchased ankle compression socks in a “buy one get one” as they sounded so great but I didn’t want to spend too much in case I wasn’t satisfied.
I wore them yesterday for the first time on a day I expected my ankles to swell - travelling all day, in and out of airports.
I am disappointed that they did nothing to help and perhaps made the swelling worse.
Also they did not come up as far on my ankles as the videos show, so they were barely visible above my sneakers and I had to keep pulling them up - is that what the little tab is for?
They are soft and feel comfortable but are not worth the money as they did not help with swelling of my ankles. I certainly won’t buy again.

I love the prints and ankle socks but the compression socks do not stay up they kept rolling down. I was hoping to find something that would help with my painful legs

The easy-stretch don`t meet my expectations. I require more suooort

I purchased several compression socks (ankle and knee high) from Viasox. At first I was quite pleased with them, but after a few washes I found that the fibers of the socks were coming apart and the socks continuously bunched up at the toes forcing you to take off a shoe or slipper and realign the socks throughout the day which is a great annoyance. The patterns are much appreciated, but the bunching up at the toes is not.

Have attempted to contact the company through email and calling. Heard nothing.
I wanted to exchange the compression socks for the easy stretch from my first order. Nothing.
Stupid me made another order as I like the easy stretch and they still have not arrived. Attempted to contact the contact. Nothing.

I ordered the socks as I have very large calves and ankles. While the socks fit nicely they are in no way compression socks. They are loose fitting and very stretchy. After a few washing in cold water and air dried the quality has gone down considerably. The socks fall down and start to come off my feet. Multiple times per day I have to remove my shoes and adjust the fit of the socks. The cost of the socks is definitely not worth it.

I’m happy with the socks. My problem has been with customer service. Some of them have been very helpful. One in particular is not my favorite. The last time I called in he made me feel like he was accusing me of lying. I found a hole in a sock that in December. I had not worn it and told him that. Then he asked how many times I wore it. I sewed the sock. Cutting the thread would make it look bigger. He said to send pictures. I just gave up.

The ankle socks run extremely small and would not even go up to my ankle. The company does not issue any refunds.

Horrible experience, bought 6 and they don't fit at all, won't go past ankle. They stated i need the ones that stretch, they don't do exchanges. They di send me replacement but only 3 I spent over 60 dollars and they fall off when I walk.

Two is pushing it for these guys. I didnt even touch the 8 pairs of socks that I ordered cuz I realized they were compression socks and I immediately contacted them fix because I really needed the compression for my legs. They even put a nice greeting card inside my package stating that if they were the wrong size or worse the wrong socks here is there number call to fix the problem. I called and emailed and they told me sorry nothing we can do at all. Then try to just get off the phone like tough Mister you did it you live with it. I really dont like the customer service cuz its like why put this card in there to make a person card to be rude and rell them to bad so sad??? I wouldnt put your faith or money into this company they could care less about any of us.

I placed an order on February 5th and as of March 2 have yet to receive my socks. I am SO disappointed with the service.
