After I booked a ride, walked to the pick up spot and waited for 10 minutes, the driver drove by and stopped 100m from where I was, but as soon as I reached her car, she left!!!!
After 5 minutes I received a message from viavan saying that my ride god been cancelled. Oh well REALLY?! as if I hadn’t realized!!
I was lucky enough to be very early so I could book an Uber instead but if I had been just on time, I would’ve gotten to my job interview late because of the unprofessional service offered from viavan! Unbelievable

Worst service in the market!
App doesnt work properly, their GPS doesn't provide an exact pick up point or drop off and the worst is that every time you try to book a ride and it doesnt work out because of their system, they will block the amount of the ride for up to 5 business days ...Yesterday was trying to book a ride and it didnt work, had to try 7 times. The next day i realized that they blocked almost 80euros in my account and I could use the service.
Rubbish
Rubbish! When using the app they charge you very cheap.. But they take different amount in your bank account! Plus, they will drop you to places where you need to walk 15 mins - made you late for work.
Unreliable drivers and random policy changes
have had a few issues with them:
- I booked a driver and the app after a few mins started showing that the driver already picked me up and the driver was no where to be seen (I ended up using a different service to get home from the airport)
- I bought credit from them for which I received some bonus credit and they suddenly decided that bonus credit can only be used £1 at a time (hence I've now got £33 which I won't be able to use), I have no issue with them changing policies; however, a new policy should be communicated (which it wasn't), should only apply to users buying credit after the start date of the new policy, and should be shown clearly on the app (which it isn't).
Please avoid using this service, very little reliability of service or policy.

From my experience in Milton Keynes overall not too bad considering the prize one pays. I found that it’s always best to allow plenty time especially when in a rush .There are some very good drivers to name a few Angus , Sid C , Farhan S and many more , they would go an extra mile to make the journey pleasant .You get the worst one Appan O , Tafweez , Omar O (he used to be so kind and considerate )
On the positive side support has always been prompt and have refunded credit and/or redressed the issue.

They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and the cabs cancel randomly on you and charge you back, once I had to wait 30 mins for nothing and the driver never even came, support said nothing they can do to help and left me out in the rain and cold! Now they only allow you to use £1 of your ride credit making the refer a friend incentive useless and just now prioritise solely on thier gain profit and not thier customers, your much better off using uber pool, I would avoid this company at all costs!

0 stars!!! Horrible experience. The cabs are always late. The app doesn't work properly. It was good till November and now it is appaling. I have been waiting for a taxi for past 30 minutes. Yesterday my app was not working so I couldn't even cancel my booking! Worst of it is I paid 85 pounds!!!
