SCAM…What others have said about this company. I ordered and they said it was shipped to the wrong address after a month and months of going back-and-forth I never received the product or a refund on my purchase. A total scam, buyers beware!!!!

Don't order from this company. I ordered a vibration plate. Never got it and they never issued a refund.

I ordered this product on October 12, 2024, I never received my order or my refund from this company. I had received an email and tracking number saying that my order had shipped but never received it. It was addressed to someone else's address but the tracking information was sent to my email. Scam, Scam, Scam

I ordered this on 9/13/24. I had some back and forth emails with the company. They stated it was back ordered and would soon ship. It supposedly did however was “delivered” to a place far from me although I had checked my delivery address and it was correct. I’ve since asked for a refund multiple times and they just quit responding to my emails. Scammed for $200. Save your money and buy one from Amazon…half the price and I received it in 2 days (different manufacturer of course). Completely disgusted.

I was scammed! Never received it & paid $179.00. I've emailed numerous times with no reply. So frustrated & angry! Can't even find a phone number to call.
I have an order number and receipt and can't get any help at all. Save your money because this is a scam!

I ordered the exercise plate on 10/5/24 it never arrived. I sent them a couple emails and they kept saying it's on it's way. I contacted my bank on 11/17/24 asking them to reverse the charges, they did; however, VIB-07 contacted me by email on 11/21/24 stating they notice the bank reversed charges but the item is on it's way. The bank sent VIB-07 back the money on 12/31/24 and when I called to find out why the bank gave me a tracking # stating the item had been delievered and I'lll have to take it up with them. I am pissed I'm out of $179.10 and I never received the item. I am leaving Chase bank because of this, and I am leery about ordering from any new vendors ever again. I am also telling all social media platforms about this bogus fraud of a company.

This place is a SCAM... ordered VIB07 vibration plate First part of Dec...they have a scam tracking system to make you think the item is on its way. Then they tell you it was delivered...they DID answer my emails and when they told me it was delivered, I told them not only was I at home but I also checked my security cameras and no one came to my door... so they emailed me back and said it was delivered to the wrong house.. no further email follow up from them. I have disputed this with affirm who handled payment and sent them all communications with them as well as numerous screen shots from their site with complaints of non delivery and being Scammed. They have not been able to communicate with the bogus company either.. Hope to get my refund soon.... it does no good to complain here because this company obviously doesn't exist....

This place robbed me for $179.00. No website. No email no contact info and it got sent to a business in a different state. Scam !!!!!!!!!!

Zero stars if I could. Same experience as all others. I have a delivery photo of a house hours away, so have proof not delivered to my house. Two emails responded to, nothing further. Luckily my bank is involved, but who knows the outcome.

I was notified thru email my package was in route n then that it was delivered on nov 14,24 research the tracking and it was delivered in Cuba,Illinois to a totally different name, I live in Chicago I have emailed them multiple times n only get a response they’re working on it, there is no phone # to call them directly, just an email which doesn’t help the tracking # given does not even match my name n address

Ordered this months ago. I received a notification that the package was delivered on Nov 22. Went and wrote the 10th email to them and it bounced. Their website is now closed. 100% scammed. I’m just getting started on tracking them down and reports.

Ordered a vibration plate Oct 29 2024 for 179.10. Notified Nov 22 it was delivered. Notified The Shop it was not delivered. Had tracking number that Fed Ex says is not a tracking number that goes with my order. Had some replies from VIB07 up until Dec 9. Now the emails won't send to them and their store is not accessible. I think I was blocked. Filed a complaint with BBB.

BEWARE! Do not order from this company as they are big time scammer! I placed an order 3 months ago but never received. When I wrote them, they kept telling me my order has been delivered but could not provide any evidence of delivery. I then followed up 5 more times to no avail and now they blocked my email. What a low life loser these guys are!

Worst company ever and a total scam! They said they delivered my package and nothing was ever delivered. Despite repeated attempts in contacting them, their email address came back to me as undeliverable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered this product and never received it. They took my money though. I wrote them several times and they responded but kept saying give them more time to do research about whatever happened. I need my full refund VIB07. From Madine A.

I ordered a VIB07 plate four months ago.
I never received my plate, I was told at different points I would get a free upgraded model, then some free stretch bands for my patience, nothing ever arrived. I received a notification that my VIB plate was finally delivered a month ago, but I contacted them because the delivery address was unknown, not mine and 8 hours away.
Today, I looked them up on the BBB and see that they have an “F” rating for not answering 14 other complaints.

I ordered a 4D vibration plate in early November. They said it was delivered 11/19 but it was not -to anyone on my street. I have never had a single product go undelivered or taken from my house and I order a lot and from multiple companies even off Instagram/TikTok. This was supposedly delivered as tracked by the SHOP app with which I have never had trouble. The last tracking said it never left a warehouse well away from my area. I have been in email contact with the company regarding this for 4 weeks now. They answer emails saying they will get to the bottom. They have not shared any information. Just placating statements. I have also asked for a full refund or for them to send out another one given the lack of transparency, but they have literally ignored these requests. I have now submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not purchase from this company.
