Lose of money on the refund
Check the company here on Trustpilot. They are not providing with your requested buyings. I was sent the wrong size, but was still deducted payment on my refund. On their website it shows far more positiv customers, than here on Trustpilot. Scam comapany!!
Refund odyssey
I received a defective shoe and returned my purchase at the beginning of April. On the 18th of May I contacted the customer service telling them that I still hadn't received my refund. I also opened a claim through Paypal and shortly after received this message:
"I'm so sorry for the delay! For some reason our system did not track the return.
I tried to refund you but as you have initiated a claim with PayPal I'm not able to do it. If you cancel it I can manually refund you."
I stupidly closed the claim and subsequently did not receive a refund but a money transfer from Vibae which did not correspond to the whole sum because of a transfer fee! The transfer will be available from the 18th of June!
I contacted Vibae once again for an explanation on why I should not get back all my money but they never responded. It's been nearly two weeks now and I initiated a new procedure though Paypal and my credit card.....
I wish you luck if you buy from them but I would rather stay away as they behave like scammers...
Poor customer service response
Poor customer service response. I ordered shoes 3 weeks ago and do not have confirmation of shipping after they charged my credit card. I have emailed a number of times with no response.

Such mixed reviews for this company, I should have been suspicious from the start. Was initially eager to own a pair of these shoes and saved until I could afford them. I ordered and was informed they were on ‘back order’ - ie they were advertising shoes for sale when they had no stock. I contacted customer services on 2 or 3 occasions to ask about eta but was fobbed off by what I suspect was a bot pretending to help.
I realised I had ordered a size too small and since I was still waiting for a dispatch date, thought it would be no problem to ask for a larger size to be sent. Next thing I knew was that my order was simply cancelled with no apology or explanation. Terrible company - glad I didn’t waste my money.

not worth the price
I had high hopes for the Viba shoes, especially considering the cost, but they really didn’t deliver. The quality doesn’t match the price at all. They feel cheaply made and not worth the premium.
Comfort is also an issue. The shoes are not breathable, and my feet felt hot and uncomfortable very quickly. Even worse, they don’t stay securely on my feet while walking. I had to constantly stop and readjust, which got annoying fast.
Overall, these shoes look good in ads but fail when it comes to real-world use. I can’t recommend them unless major improvements are made.

I’ve been chasing a refund for about a month. Despite following the sizing guide the shoes didn’t fit. Returned 6 weeks ago and I still don’t have my money back minus the restock fee. Would really avoid this company and think I’ll have to raise a dispute with my credit card company.

Have ordered 3 pairs of shoes from this company. They are extremely comfy, good quality and I highly recommend. Quick delivery (about a week to the Uk ) with good tracking. Well worth the wait. Fit was true to size. Hopefully they will start selling in more shops in the UK but you need to order direct at the moment for the full range/sizes

So worth the wait - they are divine!!!
I was skeptical but oh my these are the best shoes I've ever ordered. They took a little while to get to here but I had excellent communication from the company and they were so worth the wait. In fact I would say the wait is part of the experience as it shows they are not mass produced . I love my Roma shoes and I have a pair of Saint Tropez on the way.

Have had my slouches for a little over a month now. Since then, I have not worn my other slouches. These are so comfy!!! I really have to restrain myself from putting these on when I would go to the shop. Although this would be perfect!!!
Non-responsive customer service
I ordered a pair of shoes, which would have been my fifth pair. After four useless responses from an AI chat function on two separate engagements several days apart, I tried to call using a number I found online and got an automated response. My card company is voiding the charge and refunding me, which is sad… Vibae makes a great product, but they need to communicate on limiting factors, shipping delays et al. It’s a lot of money to ask a blue collar person to spend without even so much as a response as to why there’s been no acknowledgment of the purchase status after three weeks.

I ordered two pairs of mules on the 4th of May. Ive sent numerous emails and have had only one human response, telling me that the shoes are very popular because they're so comfortable. And that when they restock, my order will be fulfilled. Why take money from customers if you do not have the merchandise to fulfil the purchase?!

Romas Split Sole
My Romas have broken after a year. Split sole. Haven’t worn that much due to the English weather. Would have hoped for many years more wear due to the high cost. Don’t mind the high cost of get wear out of them. Won’t buy again as can’t afford a new pair every year. So sad. Have tried to contact customer service many times. They have gone cold. Terrible.
