Seems promising untill you actually try…

Seems promising untill you actually try making an app with the tool. Spent $200 working on an app. It make a pretty good MVP but impossible to actually get the paywalls to work properly and get user accounts to work. Support has not been able to fix these issues and take on average 5-6 Hours to respond to each message. Not to mention you'll end up spending a majority of your credits bug fixing these things and not actually improving your app. They are also not willing to give you a refund.

Unclear and deceptive charging

Unclear and deceptive charging. I no longer wished to use the platform, cancelled the subscription and then I was charged for deployments without it being clear there were charges. More so I only had one deployment and they charged me three times! However they did refund me the additional charges.

Complete Scam - Refuses Refunds, Platform Doesn’t Work

STAY AWAY! This is a scam platform.

I spent days trying to get my app working for App Store submission. Nothing worked:

∙ Custom domain setup completely broken (SSL errors for 3+ hours)
∙ App Store rejected my submissions multiple times
∙ Zero working results despite adding credits repeatedly

When I requested refund for $42 UNUSED credits, they LIED saying “Apple doesn’t allow refunds” - this is FALSE. Apple does allow refunds for in-app purchases.

They’re using scare tactics to keep customers’ money illegally. When confronted with fraud complaint, they just repeated the same lie.

I’m now forced to file:

∙ Apple Card chargeback
∙ FTC fraud complaint
∙ Public exposure of their practices

Their support page doesn’t even load. Platform is broken, support is non-existent, refund policy is a scam.

TOTAL LOSS: $42 + countless hours wasted

Use FlutterFlow, Adalo, or Glide instead. Anything but Vibecode.
