Stay clear of these crooks & the dodgey business they perform. I'f I lived in nsw I would definately door knock for a refund on the poor item I received & for not refunding me when told to send it back over the phone. Your the worse then cockroaches got $80 out off me.

I never received my merchandise. They respond to my email a week later saying that they never received any order under my name. Thanks god, I have done my payment through Paypal I had a refund and they took care of the issue for me. When paypal is not working with a vendor I do not finalize my purchase. I am pretty sure that they gonna loose the support of paypal.

Scam website. The quality of the garments I ordered are horrific. They look nothing like the picture on the website. Customer service is deplorable.

Vibe Hoodie is a con. Just read the positive comments on here to realise they all have the same poor grammar as on their website. I wish I had read reviews on them prior to placing an order. $180+ for expedited products and they haven’t been received nearly 2 weeks later.. I’ve asked for a refund but they are refusing, as they do to everyone. I’ve requested their business information (ABN) and they are yet to provide it. I’ll now be reporting it to fair trading, ATO ACCC. Do not give them your money.

If it were in my hand, I wouldn't even give this business a one star rating.
I have purchased an item from them and I have given them all my information and address accurately.
After two weeks of prolonged wait and no updates I received a text message from our local post office that my parcel/ package has been sent back to the sender (This company-Vibe Hoodie-) Because they did not write my address on the package.
However, when I tried commenting with them they stated (The exact message):

We've checked, and because of the wrong address provided, your order was returned to the sender. It will take 1-2 months to arrive at our warehouse.

We're very sorry but we do not stand for a refund due to customer's errors such as wrong address.

Please kindly wait for us, we'll inform you to ask for a new address when the parcel was returned to our warehouse.

So now, they are blaming me for providing with the wrong address, even though, the local post office stated that there were no recipient address written on the package.

They sell one thing and you get a completely different one.
Quality is terrible, cheap fabrics, nothing like what is advertised. When you ask for your money back, they ask you to send pics and then reply saying that the items are correct and they won't give you your money back.

I love my purchase. It was so beautifully made.

Payment was taken no confirmation email, no estimated delivery date, this was a Christmas present for my daughter and these fraudsters have taken my money and I suspect I will see no product. I urge anyone thinking of using them to think again

My experience was and always has been great with vibe cozy. Customer service is excellent! They polite and courteous every time I speak with them and shipping is fast. They get 5 ⭐️ keep up the great work👍

I was completely duped by Vibe Cosy and ordered $171 worth of merchandise back in December 2020 and haven’t received. They said it was delivered. I asked them to whom because it never came to my address! They’re not responding to my emails. My big mistake was not checking reviews before ordering. Vibe Cosy came up in a search on Google.
It really frustrates and angers me because what I ordered were gifts for my son. I’m an old lady on a fixed income and can’t afford this loss, but VIBE COSY HAS MESSED WITH THE WRONG OLD PERSON because I’ll fight until I die to get my money back!!!!!!!

I ordered a sweater 15 days after I ordered it I received a random text message telling me the shirt is stuck in warehouse shipping and I need to pay more money to receive it I've already paid all taxes and all shipping cost when I contact them to find out where my item is and why I have to pay extra money I'm not getting a reply this place Vibe cosy is a rip-off now I'm out $80

This is friggin awesome! Soft, warm, comfy. Everything you want out of a hoodie
