VibeSell is a SaaS platform that handles cold email outreach for B2B founders. Prospect research, sending domains, mailboxes, warmup and the campaign itself are covered by one subscription and run by VibeSell's AI. It was built for small teams, from solo founders up to around 20 people, that have a product to sell but no dedicated sales or marketing staff, and it is particularly useful once your first customers have come through your network and you want to reach more companies like them. Everything is set up from a chat: you share your website and a sentence about what you sell, and VibeSell helps you define a target audience and finds businesses to contact. You review a sample of prospects and refine the targeting before anything goes out. The first email and its follow-ups are drafted in the same conversation, where you can change the offer, the wording or the tone until the sequence sounds like you. Once you have approved the audience, the sequence and the costs, VibeSell handles the setup. It buys dedicated sending domains, configures DNS and authentication, creates and connects the mailboxes and warms them up, or uses pre-warmed domains when some are available. Outreach runs from these separate domains rather than from your main domain. After launch, the approved emails and follow-ups are sent on schedule while VibeSell monitors mailbox health and deliverability, pauses sending accounts that run into problems and keeps you updated on progress. When a prospect replies, you are notified, follow-ups stop for that contact and you take over the conversation. You can pause a campaign at any time by asking in the chat. With pre-warmed domains, sending can begin as early as the first week, subject to availability; new mailboxes need around two weeks of warmup. VibeSell does not guarantee replies or customers, since results depend on the product, audience and message, and the sales conversations and closing remain in your hands.
