Not satisfied at all, not a good experience for a customer

I contacted the company multiple times about my order and till now I am still waiting for a response. The shoes arrived and generally i am satisfied with the product the only issue is that on the right foot the sole isn’t glued correctly to the tissue. I did’nt bither conacting them again since they are not responsive at all…

Long wait and dirty shoes

I payed for express shipping thinking the shoes would come within 2-3 days, but they ended up taking closer to a week which was a shame. When I got the shoes, it was clear they had been worn before and had not been cleaned (there was dirt on the toes and under part of the shoe, as well as scuff marks inside the shoe). I found this quite disappointing as they were expensive and I did not buy them second hand.

Would recommend, love the shoes

Love the shoes! Customer service was really great when I spoke with them and they were really caring for the customer. Thank you for making my day! I would recommend purchasing, there are no shoes like it.

My first pair and i love it

It was great because i was able to get my first pair of the fivefinger v soul that i always wanted! As someone who grew up walking barefoot or in slides may it be at the beach or at the house, i’ve been looking for shoes like these, they are everything i expected🫶🏼 ive been wearing them everyday!! Can’t wait to get my next pair🫶🏼

help with order

tried to contact yourself straight after an order as I noticed a mistake but your online system makes it really hard to either talk with someone or send a request in. My order has been dispatched but no one got back to me about adjusting it cancelling my order.

amazing barefoot shoe with no sole support!

Amazing summer ballerina shoes for man, be aware it has no gel!, therefore expect pressure blisters if u will walk a lot without prior barefoot exercise! Amazing quality, the only thing missing from an old VI-B is a bag that you could store your shoes, and no Vibram sticker, and no info if its allowed to wash them :(, thouse details really matters for such a premium product!

Bonjour team Vibram!

- The ordering went well!
I got 2 different pairs. And even though there was an indication to take 1 size larger on one of them, I followed that indication and was not disappointed. Bravo! My feet are happy again!
Love you all always.

- The delivery was somewhat confusing.
With FedEx, I got conflicting shipping info every day.
From delivery time 3 days earlier, then, 3 days later and then for next day and then finaly, one day later.
Which all in all, was 1 day earlier than suggested.
First time for me with FedEx inter. “Strike one” just the same. Two left… ;-)

Vibram should stop using fedex as their…

Vibram should stop using fedex as their courier. My shoes came completely crumpled and the box was wet. The shoes were wet so I had to wash them before even wearing them. Really disgusting and disappointing.

First time buyer, first time being disappointed

First time buyer. Purchased these spydrwalks, used their size guide like instructed. The pair is too large, fine. They want me to pay to return them, not fine. The lace toggles don't stop the laces from coming loose at all, that is not my fault, nor should be paid by me. If I downsize, maybe they will be correct, but the toggles? If they come defective again, that's 15$ in returns just to concluded it's not worth it to keep trying. Does this company not want customers? I will leave a better review if this is taken care of properly, if not, they deserve the 1 star. Very disappointing.

I have not received my order weeks…

I have not received my order weeks after placing it. It’s been saying processing for weeks. The customer service will not get back to me and they keep directing me to a link that does not work to complain. I have spent £250 at this shop and they are giving me no answers or refund. I also paid for express shipping.
